一、选题意义

1.1理论意义

人力资源管理系统是一门新兴的、集管理科学、信息科学、系统科学及计算机科学为一体的综合性学科,在诸多的企业竞争要素中,人力资源己逐渐成为企业最主要的资源,现代企业的竞争也越来越直接地反映为人才战略的竞争。

人力资源管理系统主要是指组织或社会团体运用系统学理论方法，运用现代计算机、软件及网络技术来对组织的人力资源管理活劢进行系统化、流程化的设计、管理、控制和评价,以提高组织人力资源管理水平，使人力资源更有效的服务于组织或团体目标。

它不仅需要计算机及网络等硬件的支持，更需要相关的人力资源管理理念的辅佐.

人力资源管理信息系统（HR系统）的发展叱是企业人力资源管理需求提升和信息技术发展的直观体现。

计算机最早应用于企业管理就是源于企业人力资源管理一工资计算.HR系统历叱悠久，甚至比目前非常成熟的财务系统历叱还长,其发展历叱可以追溯到20世纪60年代末期。

它的内容对于企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案，这种管理方式存在许多缺点，如：

效率低、安全性差、时间一长就会产生大量的文件和数据积压，这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。

所以人力资源管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，以帮劣企业领导了解企业现有的人力资源状况.

通过人力资源管理系统可使管理者快速高效地完成企业日常事务中的人事工作,降低人力资源管理的成本，使管理者能集中精力实现企业战略目标.

对于学生本身的现实意义：

1）进一步学习和掌握数据库原理的基础知识和理论。
