Communicatingeffectivelymeansmorethanknowingwhattosayandwhentosayit.Communicationinvolvesthesmallsignalsyourbodylanguagesendstothoselistening.Overhalfoftheinformationyouprovideasyouconnectwithotherscomesfromyourbodylanguage.Somebodylanguageprovidespositiveinformationandsomenegativeinformation.Positivebodylanguagesays,“Iaminterestedinwhatyouaresaying.”Negativebodylanguagesays,“Idon'tbelieveanythingyouaresaying,andIamboredbesides!

Herearesomecommonbodyactionsandtheimpressionstheycreate:
Fiddling(摆弄)—Playingwithyourwatchorapenlookslikeyouareboredorimpatient.
Clockwatching—Itlookslikeyou'reanxioustomoveontosomethingelse.
Tapping—Tappingyourfootorfingerssuggestsyouareimpatientornervous.Drummingyourfingers,scratching,twitching,andmovingeyesaroundtheroomalldiscreditwhatyouaresayingandyourimageasapersongoodtoknow.
Staring—Anunblinkingstareconveysboredom.Blinknormallyandnodyourheadtoshowagreementandthatyouarestillaliveandnotboredtodeath.

如何写好关注信
关注信(letterofconcern)属于应用文的范畴。

主体:
