1a介绍了世界各地的人们如何开发和利用环境友好型和资源节约型的新能源，同时也指出了这些新能源的利用方式所存在的不足之处。
在介绍的过程中，让学生学到更多并列句的连接词。

1b通过图片匹配可以帮助学生形象地理解比较陌生的事物。
