4.具有分布式高容量系统架构设计经验，熟悉IP网络视频监控平台、网络视频编解码、网络视频存储系统平台或相关大型系统;
5.精通面向对象分析设计思想，逻辑分析能力强，具有丰富的OOA/OOD/OOP经验;
6.熟悉RationalRose、PowerDesigner等系统分析建模设计工具;
7.熟悉WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat等主流J2EE应用服务器;熟悉Hibernate,Struts,Spring框架设计;
