  ThissummerIwasluckytotakepartinthesummerEnglishtrainingforprimaryschoolofofmyforeignteachersimpressedmemorningandafternoonbeforeclasses,healwaysaskedustosay“Teachersarethegreatestprofessionintheworld.”Itinfluencedmeverybeateachermaybenotagoodjob,butIdon’tregretmychoice.

  Ialwaysrememberedamessagefromoneofmyhappenedonaspringstudentmaderapidprogressinthefinalsentmeasaid,“DearMsWu,youtreatedmelikemyyourhelp,Icouldnotmakesomuchforyourloveyouforever,Msyoubehappyeveryday.”Iwasexcitedtoreceivethemyopinion,Ijustencouragedhimoftenandtaughthimsomelearningithelpedhimait,Iknewmychoiceofbeingateacherwas’mproudofbeingateacher.

  So,inmyopinion,weteachersmustpaymoreattentionandpatiencetochildrenandaboveall——lovethem.Ifyougivealittleloveto

  Inordertomakethestudentsconcentrateonourclass,wemustchangetheoldwaysweusedbefore.

  Firstly,weshouldbeactiveandenergetic.Becauseourpassioncanmakestudentswanttolearn.Andintheclasswecanusemanysimplewordssuchas“good,excellentandwelldone”,becausethesesimplewordsnotonlymakethemactiveinclass,butalsofostertheirsenseofachievementinlearning.

  Secondly,weshouldmakeourclasscreativeandmeaningful.Wecanorganizegamesoractivities.Asyouknow,activityisthekeypartofclass.Andwecanusesimplesentencesandbodylanguagetocommunicatewithstudents.Weshouldgivethemclearpurposeandofferthemopportunitiestopractice,tocreateandatthesametimeallowthemtofail.
