MidnightTeaRestaurant,whichisatearestaurantlocatedin14909MarineDr,WhiteRock,BritishColumbia,andVancouver,Canada.ItisfoundedinMay,27th,2014bythreeyoungcollegestudentsfromZhejiangInternationalStudiesUniversitywiththeformofpartnership.TheyareShutingZhu,BaifanLiandZheChen,inthepositionofChiefHumanResource,MarketingDirectorandChiefFinancialOfficerrepetitivelyinMidnightTeaRestaurant.
Ontheonehand,tearestauranthavealonghistoryandculture,whichispopularathomeandabroad.Themarketshareincreasedyearbyyearsotheforegroundisverygood.Asweallknown,tearestaurantculturehaspenetratedintopeople'sdailylifeandpeoplehavebuilttheconsumptionhabitstogototearestaurant.Ontheotherhand,VancouverhasasecondmajorChinatownintheNorthAmerican,andtheproportionofChineseisincreasinglylarger.Besides,Vancouverhasahighstandardoflivingandthenightlifeisrichandcolorful.
