　　乙方每3个月向甲方供应一次有关当时市场状况和用户看法的具体报告。

同时，乙方应随时向甲方供应其他供给商的类似商品样品及其价格、销售状况和广告资料。

　　在本协议有效期内，乙方在上述经销地区所作广告传播的一切费用，由乙方自理。

乙方须事先向甲方供应传播广告的图案及文说明，由甲方查阅同意。

　　9.协议有效期validityofagreement
