Itisimportanttofocusonjob-relatedissues:
-Useatargetedselectionapproach.

-Establishaspecifictimeperiodforinterviewinganddonotallowinterruptions.
-Evaluatetheapplicantasacandidateforaspecificjob.
-Focusonlyonskillsthatarenecessarytoperformthejob.
-Ifdisabilityisknown,checkwithStaffingtoensureneededaccommodationshavebeenmadefortheinterviewprocess.
