Abstract:
DonotgotoabroadalsoneedtolearnEnglish.Asinrecentyearstheworldhighspeeddevelopmentofinformation,theworldhasenteredtheinformationsocietyandthenetworkworld(WorldEconomicForum-1997),theearthismoreandmoresmall,thebounderbetweendomesticandforeignbecomesunclear.Inacertainsense,itcanbesaidthatdomesticabroad.Forexamplewithmultimedia(text,imageandsound)WorldWideWeb(WWW)oninternetappears,variousvirtual(virtual)emergeinendless.
Donottoengageinhigh-techalsoneedtolearnEnglish?
Generallyspeaking,weChinesenotonlyincutting-edgetechnologylagbehindforeigntechnologyingeneral,arefarbehindtheforeign.Anypeoplewhodonotengagecutting-edgetechnologywanttogetprogressintheirownprofessionalprogress,mustalsolearnEnglish,inordertoknowtheforeignsituation,learnfromtheadvancedexperience.TherearemanyvariouscarriersofreceivingEnglishcontents,suchastheEnglishpapers,Englishbooks,Englishbroadcastandfilms.Thisinformationreceivedbyhearingaccountforalargepartoftheseinformations.Therefore,understandingEnglishcanobtainmoreinformationsfromexternalenvironment,inadditiontotheirownlanguageenvironment,andcanbroadourhorizons,increaseexperience.GoodEnglishlisteningisnotonlyapersonaninvisibletoolbutalsoapowerfulabilityforperson,sothattheycanwalkoutoftheirsmalllimitationstothebroaderworld.
Basedontheabovesituationsdrive,peopleareoflearningEnglishwithgreatenthusiasm.Butlearninganylanguagehasacertaindegreeofdifficulty,InEnglishlearning,listeningandspeakarethegoalsofmostlearners,listeningistheprimaryobjective,peoplespeakingdifferentlanguageshavedifferentlanguageenvironments,whentheylearneachother'slanguage,theymustfindlotsofobstacles,forexample,theculturalbarriers,languageknowledgebarriers,psychologicalbarriers,obstaclesandothercomprehensiveunderstanding,theseproblemsaffectontheirEnglishlisteningcomprehension,whichmakethemunabletoobtaintheaccurateandeffectiveinformations,andmakethecommunicationbetweenpeoplebecomeobstacles.Sothisarticleanalyzesthecommondisordersoflistening.suchasculturalbarriers,thebasicknowledgeoflanguagebarriers,psychologicalbarriers,comprehensiveunderstandingobstacle,andonthistoputforwardsomesuggestionsandstrategiesonthisproblem,suchastheunderstandingoftheEnglishlanguageandculturalbackgroundknowledge,havingthegoodpsychologicalquality,learningthelanguagefoundationofknowledge,strengtheningthereading,sothatbreakingthelearnerslanguagedifficulties,raisingthelevelofhearing.

摘要:
不出国也需要英话。
随着近年来世界范围的信息高速公路的高速发展,世界进入了信息社会和网络世界(1997年世界经济论坛会议语),地球显得越来越小,国内和国外的界限变得不大清楚了。
从一定意义上讲,可以说国内就是国外。
例如随着Internet网上多媒体(文字、声音和图像)的WorldWideWeb(即www)的出现,各种虚拟(virtual)事物层出不穷。
不搞高科技也需要英语一般说来,我们中国不仅仅在尖端科技方面落后于外国,在一般科技方面也远远落后于外国。
任何从事非尖端科技工作的人要想在自己的专业方面有长进,也必须懂得英语,以便及时了解国外的动态,吸取其先进经验。
接收英语内容的各种载体有很多,如英文报纸,英文书籍,英文广播及电影等,靠听力接收到的这些信息占这些信息的很大一部分。
因此听懂英语就可以获取除了自身语言环境之外的外来环境的更广泛更多的信息。
可以开阔视野,增加阅历。
具备良好的英语听力不仅是一个人一种无形的工具更是一个人强大的能力,使自己可以走出自己局限的小范围走向更广阔的世界。
基于以上种种形势的推动下,人们正在以极大的热情学习英语吗,但任何一门语言的学习都有一定的难度。
在英语的学习中,听,说是大多数学习者的目标,而听则是其中的首要目标,说不同语言的人们有不同的语言环境,他们在学习对方的语言时必然存在诸多的障碍,例如,文化障碍,语言基础知识障碍,心理障碍,综合理解障碍等,这些问题严重影响了对英语听力的理解,无法获得准确有效的信息,造成人们之间沟通的障碍。
因此本文就英语学习中听力的常见的障碍如文化障碍,语言基础知识障碍,心理障碍,综合理解障碍等做出浅析,并就这一方面提出几点建议或策略,如了解英语语言文化背景知识,具备良好的心理素质,学习语言基础知识,加强阅读等,旨在突破学习者的语言难关,提高听力水平.

listening,speaking,reading,writing.Infourskills,listeningisputbeforespeaking,thatispriortoreading,readingbeforewriting.Andcapacityofspeakingdependsheavilyonlistening.Listeningistheverbalinformationofacceptanceandunderstandingisapositivepsychologicalprocessoflanguageactivity.ListeningcomprehensioninlearningEnglishisanimportantpracticalskill.Listening,say,read,write,translating,thefiveskills,listening,speakisthemostbasicandlisteningisthefoundationofthefoundation.Itisnotonlythemainwayofacquiringlanguageinformation,butthebaseofimprovingotherskills.AccordingtoasurveyintheUnitedStates,innormalsubjectsduringwakinghours,70%oftimeforvariousformsofcommunicativeactivities,ofwhich11%oftimeareusedtowrite,15%forreading,32%usedtospeak,andatleast42%ofthetimetolistento(Cooper1998).Krashenalsooncepointedout:
eitherchildrenoradults,inlanguageacquisition,thefirstimportantthingislisteningcomprehension.ListeningcomprehensioninlearningEnglishisanimportantpracticalskills,foreveryEnglishlearner,Butinlistening,learnersfacenumerousandcomplicatedcomprehensiondifficulties.
1.ListeningObstacles
1.1CulturalBarriers
Languageandculturearecloselyrelated,itisunquestionablefact,andlanguageisthecarrierofculture.Learningaforeignlanguagecourseisalsotounderstandandgrasptheobjectofnationalculturalbackgroundknowledge,whichmasterthedegreeofculturalbackgroundknowledgedegreedirectlyaffectsaperson'sabilityofusingtheknowledgeoflanguageandisthepremiseofusingthelanguageproperly.Backgroundknowledgeisthemainmeansoflisteningmaterialsrelatedtothewesterncountrieslanguagehabits,localcustomsandpractices,socialandculturalbackgroundknowledge,justastheAmericanlinguistDellHymesonsocialandculturalfactorsinfluencelanguagepointedout:
"thesociallifeaffectnotonlytheexternallanguageperformance,alsohasaffectsthelanguageitself".Anylanguagenotonlyreflectsthenation'slocalcustomsandpractices,customsandculture,butalsocontainsthenation’soutlookonlife;behavior,lifestyleandmodeofthinking,differentethnicgroups,andtheirsocialcultureandlanguagehabitsaredifferentfairly.
