记
教学过程中,我在明确了任务目标后,充分挖掘教材智力因素,重新设计活动内容,使学生能在新的情境中运用所学语言。
这样学生才能真正发挥其主体作用,在完成任务过程中主动积极地获得学习经验,享受成功的喜悦,从而提高学习兴趣和成就动机。
但是在开展以学生为主体的小组活动中,并非所有的学生都敢开口说英语,一方面由于我在课堂上的引导和鼓励性语言较少,另一方面由于初二年级的学生的心智较初一已经发展很大变化,有些学生羞怯,有些则是不屑一顾或者对英语学习的兴趣淡化了等,这些方面都需要我在以后的备课环节中反复掂量和考虑的。
我打算通过课后和学生聊天了解他们的心理变化,更多地融入他们的生活、学习圈,更好地引导他们掌握良好的英语学习方法,争取做到良师益友的典范,同时也能促进教学相长。
