飞机起飞滑跑中左发进气口吸入异物，（涡轮）风扇叶片损坏，中断起飞，滑到候机室。

一发超温，可能是在起飞时鸟吸入发动机，请求优先着陆，跑道18号。

压力系统故障。

3、Rearcabindoorsteadilydecompressed。

后客舱门持续失压。

4、Lackofcabinpressurization。

客舱压力不够。

5、Lowercargocompartmentdoorsealcracked,cockpitandcabinsteadilydecompressed,passengershavebeenfurnished（provided）withoxygenmasks.

下货舱门密封破裂，驾驶舱和客舱逐渐减压，旅客已戴上氧气面罩。
