(1)build作名词意为“体格,体型”

(1)maybe是副词,意为“也许,大概”。

maybe是“情态动词may+动词原形be”构成的,在句中做谓语,意为“可能是、大概是”。

(1)glasses意为“眼镜”,常用复数形式,表示“一副眼镜”时用apairofglasses。

二、知识点Wear,puton与haveon的辨析
wear表示“穿、戴”的意思时,强调穿的状态。
例如:
Mymotheriswearingherpinkdress.
puton意为“穿上、戴上”,表示瞬间完成的动作,不能和表示一段时间的状语连用。
例如:
Sheputonhercoatandwentout.
haveon的意思是“穿着、戴着”和wear是同义词,指穿的状态,后面可以用表示衣服、帽子、鞋的名词。
三、知识点each&every
(1)each和every都可以用作形容词,作定语,修饰单数可数名词,但each强调个体,而every强调整体。
例如:
Eachchildgetsapresent.每一个孩子都得到一份礼物。
Everystudenthasapen.=Allstudentshavepens.
(2)each指两个或两个以上中的每一个;而every指三个或三个以上中的每一个,不能指两个中的。
例如:

(3)each可作代词,作主语或宾语,可与of直接连用,而every则只能作形容词。
