Accordingtoanewreportbyinternationaleducationcompany,theNetherlandsisthebestnon-nativeEnglishspeakersacrosstheglobe.TheresultsofitsEnglishProficiencyIndex(英语能力指数),basedonafreeonlinetesttakenby2.3millionvolunteers,showthattheDutcharethemostfluent.Swedenwaspositionedjustbelow,withascoreof68.74outof100,whileNorwaycameinthirdwith67.93points.
