大型LNG储罐保冷施工方案
1.范围Scope
该程序适用于LNG项目大型储罐保冷的施工。
ThisproceduredetailsprocedurefortheinsulationconstructionoflargeLNGtank.
2.概况General
整个罐的绝热施工主要包括罐底绝热热转角保护板与外罐衬板夹层绝热、环形空间绝热，铝吊顶绝热、接管的绝热四部分。
混凝土环干沙的铺设、泡沫玻璃铺设、珍珠岩混凝土块、毛毡以及玻璃棉的安装。
主要绝热材料包括：
罐底部分：
珍珠岩水泥块、泡沫玻璃块、玻璃棉、干沙等；环形空间绝热部分：
珍珠岩粉末、弹性毡、玻璃纤维布等；铝吊顶绝热部分：
玻璃布、玻璃棉等；接管绝热部分：
玻璃棉、玻璃布、聚氰尿酸酯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、玻璃纤维毡。

4.1底部保冷施工tankbottominsulation
4.1.1底部保冷施工顺序constructionsequeneeoftankbottominsulation
4.1.2施工前提条件eonstruetionpreparation
4.121气吹顶完成；

4.1.2.2确保底部衬板清洁干净；

4.1.2.3根据LNG储罐绝热材料检验和测试计划对到货材料进行检查；

4.1.2.4施工按照储罐绝热图纸检验和测试规范的要求进行；

4.1.2.5与土建施工单位协商好混凝土找平的时间，并完成中间交接程序；

4.1.2.6外罐底部衬板和EL105.800墙体衬板安装完成并经过检查验收；

4.1.2.7对现场施工人员进行技术交底，明确安装顺序、铺设要求。

4.1.3标记marks
根据施工图纸在底部衬板上确定底部干沙铺设位置、混凝土环位置、泡沫玻璃位置。

4.1.4底部保冷主要实物工作量：

4.1.5施工方法说明constructionmethod
4.1.5.1按照施工图纸将施工区域画出；

4.1.5.2在混凝土找平合格后，铺设混凝土找平层与外罐壁之间以及内罐底板的干沙，干沙要求如下表；

4.1.5.3在干沙上铺设底层毛毡，毛毡应对接铺设，毛毡不准有卷曲、打褶现象；
Laylowercappingmaterialondrysand.Cappingmaterialshallconnectwiththetypeofbuttjoint,androllingorflexureisprohibited.
4.1.5.4在干沙上铺设三层T152的泡沫玻璃，泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设，最小错变量100mm,每层泡沫玻璃之间铺设毛毡，要求同4.1.5.3;注意铺设最上层干沙下的毛毡时要搭
接铺设，以防干沙渗入如图；

4.1.5.5安装三层T152的泡沫玻璃过程中，对底部置换管进行保冷，且泡沫玻璃需要切剪并调整；
InthecourseoflayingtherelayersT152cellularglass,bottompurgepipesshallbeinsulated,andcutandadjustcellularglass.
4.1.5.6每层的泡沫玻璃应该是平整的，在任意2米的范围内，平整度都应该在±3mm,不允许
出现高差变化大的情况；
Ensurelevelingofeachlayerofcellularglass.Inanyareawithdiameterof2m,levelingshallbewithin3±m,abruptchangeoflevelingisnotallowed.
4.1.5.7在混凝土找平层并验收合格后，铺设珍珠岩混凝土块，先确定好N13位置并铺设珍珠
岩混凝土块，块之间的间隙由75mm压缩成50mm玻璃棉来填充；

4.1.5.8珍珠岩混凝土块外侧的泡沫玻璃和毛毡应呈放射状放置，并切割成扇形进行调整；

4.1.5.9泡沫玻璃与转角板之间、泡沫玻璃与珍珠岩混凝土之间间隙由75mm压缩成50mm的
玻璃棉来填充；
Clearancebetweencellularglass&cornerplate,andcellularglass&perliteconcreteblockwillbefilledinwithglasswoolwhichiscompressedfrom75mmto50mm.
4.1.5.10热转角保护板安装完并经检查合格后在边缘板上浇注混凝土承重环，在中腹板上铺设
第三层干沙，干沙上铺设两层泡沫玻璃及三层毛毡，然后再铺设铺设第四层干沙要求同4.1.5.3
和4.1.5.4。

4.2.2.5与土建施工单位协商好混凝土找平的时间，并完成中间交接程序；

422.6外罐底部衬板和EL105.800墙体衬板安装完成并经过检查验收；
CompleteinstallationoftankbottomlinerplateandEL105.800walllinerplate,andacceptedbyrelevantparties.
4.2.2.7TCP顶部钢板与垫板安装完成；
FinishTCPtopplateandbackingstripinstallation.
4.2.2.8对现场施工人员进行技术交底，明确安装顺序、铺设要求。
Maketechnicalbriefingtoconstructionworkersoninstallationsequeneeandrequirement.
4.2.2施工说明constructionmethod
4.2.2.1根据施工图纸在外罐衬板上涂刷粘结剂，用抹灰铲涂敷，注意纵向和横向涂刷不同粘结剂；
Pasteadhesiveonshelllinerplateasperconstructiondrawing,andapplydifferentadhesiveatverticalandIongitudinaldirection.
4.2.2.2根据施工图纸安装泡沫玻璃，泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设，最小错边量至少
100mm；
Installcellularglassasperconstructiondrawing.Cellularglassblocklayersshallbearrangedsuchthattheyoverlapbyatleast100mmoflengthandwidthandconsequently.
4.2.2.3在泡沫玻璃块与底板转角板的间隙由150mm压缩到75mm玻璃棉来填充。
Clearancebetweencellularglassblock&bottomcornerplatewillbefilledinwithglasswoolwhichiscompressedfrom75mmto50mm.
4.2.2.4TCP的安装可与绝热施工同时进行，而TCP临时开口位置的绝热工作待储罐的压力
试验完成并完成内罐的清洗工作后再施工。

4.3环形空间弹性毡施工AnnularSpaceResilientBlanketConstruction

4.3.2施工前提条件constructionpreparation
4.321铝吊顶安装完成并验收合格；

4.3.2.2内罐外侧壁板上弹性毡挂钩轨道焊接完成，并验收;
resilientblankethookrailinstalledandacceptable.
4.3.2.3内罐水压试验完毕并清理干净；
Finishtankhydrostatictestandcleaninnertank.
4.3.2.4安装前施工区域需要清洁与干燥。

4.3.3施工方法说明constructionmethod
4.3.3.1按照图纸要求，在内罐壁板上将要粘接连接销钉处表面除锈并清理干净，用临时材料将连接销钉底板压紧直到粘接剂干燥，并验收合格；
Asperconstructiondrawing,conductsurfacepreparation,blasting,andcleanlinessatplacewhereanchorpintobestickatinnershellplate.Andpressbaseplatewithtemporarymaterialuntiladhesivedry.
4.3.3.2将弹性毡挂在罐壁外侧挂钩轨道上，弹性毡被夹持板压缩到板间距为14mm，各层
弹性毡的接缝要错开；
Hangresilientblanketonhookrailatoutertankshell,resilientblanketwillbecompactedto14mmbyholdplate.Jointofresilientblanketshallstagger.
4.3.3.3安装弹性毡外侧玻璃纤维布时，在夹持板和吊顶板之间要留有300mm余量，玻璃
纤维布接缝处用粘性铝带密封，注意在吊顶处的接缝处的玻璃纤维布要用粘接剂粘好；
Wheninstallglassclothoutsideofresilientblanket,itshallhold300mmspacebetweenholdplate&suspendeddeck.Also,useALtapetostickjointofglasscloth.Asforglassclothatthejointofsuspendeddeck,itshallstickfirmlywithadhesive.
4.3.3.4玻璃纤维布安装完毕，用钢索栏起，但要注意钢索上不允许施加拉力。
Usesteelropetofenceafterfinishinstallationofglasscloth.Donotaddtensionforcetorope.
4.4接管、铝吊顶保冷NozzleandSuspendedDeckInsulation
4.4.1施工前提条件constructionpreparation
4.4.1.1水压试验完成并清理干净；

441.2接管施工完成，各项检测完成并验收合格;finishnozzleandaccept
4.4.1.3珍珠岩粉末填充前；

4.4.2施工说明constructionmethod
4.4.2.1接管套管玻璃棉径向压缩要达到50%，纵向接缝要求交错排列且套筒内的玻璃棉要伸
出套筒底端150mm再密封；
Nozzlesleeveglasswoolshallcompactto50%atverticaldirection.Asforverticaljoint,itshallarrangestaggeringly,andglasswoolinsidesleeveshallcomeoutofsleevebottomby150mm,thensealed.
4.4.2.2套管以下部分玻璃棉纵向接缝要求交错排列，外层玻璃布水平接缝处搭接最少50mm
用粘接剂粘接，并用铝带在外侧粘接，玻璃布纵缝也用铝带粘接；
Glasswoolbelowsleeveshallarrangestaggeringlyatverticaldirection.Horizontaljointoverlappingofoutsideglassclothshallbeatleast50mm,andwithadhesive.AndstickwithALtapeatoutside.AlsouseALtapetostickglassclothverticaljoint.
4.4.2.3套筒外层保冷材料按照图纸施工注意各层分布；
Insulationmaterialconstructionforsleeveshallarrangeatconstructiondrawings.
4.424铝吊顶铺设玻璃棉，且最上层铺设带铝箔的玻璃棉，接缝处应错开玻璃棉接缝处用铝箔粘接；
Layglasswoolonsuspendeddeck,andlayglasswoolwithALtapeatthetoplayer.Jointshallstaggerawayglasswool,andjointshallbetapedfirmlywithALtape.
