Thepurposeofthisprocedureistoprovidethecommissioningprocedureforboilersteamblowing.
Theboilersteamblowingistoremovedepositeddebrissuchassand,weldingdregs,rustetc.insideSHtube,RHtubeandothersteampipewhilemanufacturing,transporting,storinganderecting.

3.Introductionofwater-steamsystem
Designedsteamprocessisasfollowing:
Drum→SH→mainsteampipe→mainsteambranchpipe→MSV→HPcylinder→RHinletpipe→lowtemp.RH→hightemp.RH→RHoutletpipe→MP/LPcylinder→condenser.
4.Safetyprecautions
1)Allparticipantsmustobeysafetyprinciples.
2)Interruptblowingoutonceemergencyhappen.Shutdownboilerifnecessaryuntilresolutionfound.
3)Makeadjustmentintimeonabnormalcondition.
4)Professionalsshouldensuredevicesafety.
5)Payattentiontowaterlevelcontrolofdrum.Opentemporaryvalvesatwaterlevelof-100mm.
6)Keepflammableandexplosiveawayfromtemporarypipeline.Setbandabout30mawayfromexit.
7)Designatespecialpersontooperatetemporaryvalves.
8)Payattentiontomaintenanceoftemporaryvalves.
9)Carryoutentirewarmingagainstwaterhammer.Closeallvalvesexceptdrainagevalvesslightopening.
10)PaycloseattentiontoHP/MPvalvesofturbineagainstleakage.
11)Keepfurnaceexitgastemperatureunder540℃.
12)CarryoutAHsoot-blowingper2hours.
13)Paycloseattentiontothermalexpansionandmakerecording.
14)Paycloseattentiontotemperatureofcylindercaseandcondenser.
15)Paycloseattentiontowaterlevelofdrumanddeaerator.Guaranteecontinuouschemicalwatergenerating.
16)Makemeasurestoavoidsecondpollutionwhilesystemrestoring.
17)Allrotarymachinesmustbemonitored.
18)Atleast2weeksbefore,ChengdashouldannouncetoPLNaboutsteamblowandPLNwillsocializationtocitizensatLabuanduetothenoiseofsteamblow.
19)Thedirectionofendofthetemporarypipeshouldbedirectedtothesea.
20)Barricadelineshouldbeputaroundthetemporarypipe.
21)Thetemporarypipeshouldbecoveredbyinsulationavoidtohotdangerous.

5.1.1BoilerSH,mainsteampipe,RHinletpipe,RH,RHoutletpipe.
5.1.2HPbypasspipeline.
5.1.3Mainsteam,desuperheatingwaterpipe,RHaccident/minimspraypipeandsoot-blowingsteamsupplyingpipe.
5.1.4Turbineglandsteampipe,4#extractionsteampipeandinletsteampipeofBFPturbine.
5.2Steamblowingprocessandtemporarypipe
5.2.1Steamblowingprocessformainsteamandreheatedsteamsystem

Steamblowingprocessforboilerdesuperheatingwaterpipeisasattachedfigure2&3.
DisconnectdesuperheatingwaterpipeatCV,andreplacewithtemporarypipe.Blowafter-valvesection5timesatblowingprophaseand5minutespertime,andflushbefore-valvesectionwhilefeedwaterbumpstarting.

5.4Temporarysystemandprecautionsduringblowingout
5.4.1BoilerSHandRHsystem
InstallblindpatchesprovidedbyturbinemanufactureatMSVsandISVstoisolateturbinecylinder.Thetightnessofpatchesmustbeguaranteedandverified.InstalltwoMVsattemporarypipeasshowedinattachedfigure1.InstalldebriscollectorinRHinletpipe.ReplaceHPbypassvalvewithatemporaryvalve.Installabarometeratinletandoutletofdebriscollector,aswellastemporarypipeexit.Installatemperaturegaugeattemporarypipeexit.
Temporarysystemisshowedasattachedfigure1.
5.4.2Thesteamblowingtemporarypipeinturbineisland
Thetemporarypipeforturbineglandsteamsystemsteamblowing,andforBFPturbineinletpipesteamblowing,andfor4#extractorpipesteamblowingrefertoattachedfigure4,5&6.
5.4.3Boilerdesuperheatingsystem
Disconnectdesuperheatingwaterpipeateachcontrolvalve,anddon’tinstallthesevalves.Installtemporarypipeandblowthembysteamandfeed-waterrespectively.
Temporarysystemisshowedasattachedfigure2&3.
5.4.4Otherdisposalandrequirementfortemporarypipeofsteamblowing
1)Alltemporarypipelinesbeforetargetplateshouldbebasedbyargonarcweld,betreatedbysandblastbeforeinstallationandbecarriedoutinnercleaning,finallyaccepted.
2)Thetemporaryvalvesshouldbecontrolledatcentralcontrolroom.
3)Thetemporarypipemustbehangedandsupportedreliablyandpermitthermalexpansion.
4)Thetemporarypipemustbeinsulated.
5)Drainagepipeandvalvesmustbeinstalledateachlowestpoint.
6)Disconnectthedrainagepipesfrommainsteam,RHsteam,andHP/LPbypasstoflashtank,andinstalltemporarypipestodrain.
7)Mechanicallypurgethepipeswhicharenotblown.
8)Avoidsecondpollutionduringthesystemrestoring.
5.4.5Noticeaboutglandsteamsystemblowingout
1)Dischargefilters.
2)Don’tinstallthedesuperheator.
3)Don’tinstallthecontrolvalvebetweenmain/auxiliarysteamandglandsteamheader.
4)Installblindpatchintheglandsteamheadersafetyvalve.
5)Installtemporarypipeatverticalsectionofglandsteampipeclosetoturbine.
5.4.6Noticeforauxiliarysteam,4#extractionandBFPturbinesystem
1)Installblindpatchbetweenauxiliarysteam(4#extraction)anddeaerator.
2)DisconnectvalvelevelleakageofHPcontrolvalvesandLPcontrolvalves.
3)Discharge:
twonon-returnvalves(NRV)betweenauxiliarysteamheaderandBFPturbine;twoNRVbetweenauxiliarysteamheaderanddeaerator;oneNRVcoreclosetodeaeratorbetween4#extractionanddeaerator;twocontrolvalvecoresbetweenauxiliarysteamheaderanddeaerator;BFPturbinesteamflowmeter.
4)Installblindpatchattheauxiliarysteamheadersafetyvalve.
5)BlindHP/LPsteamthrottlesofBFPturbine.
5.4.7NoticeforTurbineIslandblowing
1)Isolateothersystemswhileblowingoutonesystem.
2)Arrangedrainageatlowestpoints.
3)Carryoutpipewarminganddrainingduringblowingouttoavoidwaterhammer.
4)Carryoutdiscontinuousblowingthatismorethan3timestotallyuntilexitsteamisclean.Eachblowingmustkeep5~10minutes.
