Weknowthatpriceistoohighforseveralreasons.First,thelandresourcesareverylimited,sothecostoflandishigh.Second,thecostsofstructuralmaterialsandotherfactorscontributedtotheriseofhousingprice.Finally,andmostimportantly,therelationshipbetweensupplyanddemandisimbalanced.Theabilitytobuyismuchstrongerthanthesupplycapacity.

Although“grassroots”starsarenotapublicfigure,theybecomepopularstar,whichdeserves（值得）ourencouragementandrecognition.Manyreasonsaccountingforthisareasfollows:

first,theyrepresentthepowerof“grassroots”people,sothatthereisbroadpublicbasisforthem.Second,theirperformanceisinsuchapopularformthatitiseasyforthemassivepeopletolikeit.Third,theirspecialperformancesof“grassroots”starsmakeupfortheblankoftraditionalart.Finally,likeotherkindsofstars,the“grassroots”havebeenwidelyrecognizedthroughtheirhardwork.Therefore,thereisnodoubtthattheyshouldgetthepraiseandencouragement.

Basedontheabove-mentionedfactors,weshouldappreciatethisphenomenon.First,encouragethese“grassroots”starstocreatemoreworksthatpeopletendtolike.Inaddition,stimulatemorepeopletoachievesocialrecognitionthroughtheirownhardwork.Onlyinthisway,thewholesocietycanmakeprogressandbecomemoreharmonious.

当今这种现象非常普遍，值得我们深思和分析。

草根明星，虽然他们不是是公众人物，但是他们成为大众明星应该得到我们的鼓励和肯定。

主要原因有：

一，他们代表的是基层老百姓的力量，所以说有很广泛的大众基础。

二，他们的表演是大众化的形式，得到老百姓的喜欢。

三，归根到底，是他们的表现形式填补了人们传统文艺欣赏的空白。

最后，草根明星与其他明星一样，都是通过勤奋努力得到了大家的认可。

因此，他们应该得到赞扬和鼓励。

综合以上的因素，我们应该赞赏这种现象。

一，鼓励人们创造更多基层老百姓喜欢的作品；此外，鼓励人们通过自己的勤劳而取得社会的认可。

只有这样，社会才能够进步，才能够和谐。
