Currently,withthedevelopmentofthemodernindustry,agrowingnumberofpeopleareflowingintocities.Accordingly,thehousingproblemisbecomingmoreandmoreserious.Thehousingpriceistoohigh,whichhascausedwidespreadconcerninsociety."Hometolivein"isaconceptproposedbyPremierWen.However,thecurrenthousingpricehasbeenfarbeyondthetolerantrangeofpeople,manyresidentscannotaffordahouse.Thephenomenonisverycommonandverydangerous.

Weknowthatpriceistoohighforseveralreasons.First,thelandresourcesareverylimited,sothecostoflandishigh.Second,thecostsofstructuralmaterialsandotherfactorscontributedtotheriseofhousingprice.Finally,andmostimportantly,therelationshipbetweensupplyanddemandisimbalanced.Theabilitytobuyismuchstrongerthanthesupplycapacity.

Takingabovementionedfactorsintoconsideration,itistimethatwetakeeffectivemeasurestoprotecttherightsofthepeople'sliving.First,thegovernmentshouldprovidemorelandresourcestouse.Second,thegovernmentshouldtakemoreactionstodosomegoodsforlow-incomeresidents.Third,providemorejobopportunities,sothatpeoplecangetricherandhavetheabilitytopurchasehouse.

Grass-rootsphenomenonStars(草根明星现象)

Onthe2011CCTVSpringFestivalGala,thelittle-known"sunmasculine"andother“grassroots”peoplequicklybecamepopularfrom"grassroots"starto"public"star.Thisphenomenonisverycommonnowadays.Itisworthourconsiderationandanalysis.

Although“grassroots”starsarenotapublicfigure,theybecomepopularstar,whichdeserves(值得)ourencouragementandrecognition.Manyreasonsaccountingforthisareasfollows:

first,theyrepresentthepowerof“grassroots”people,sothatthereisbroadpublicbasisforthem.Second,theirperformanceisinsuchapopularformthatitiseasyforthemassivepeopletolikeit.Third,theirspecialperformancesof“grassroots”starsmakeupfortheblankoftraditionalart.Finally,likeotherkindsofstars,the“grassroots”havebeenwidelyrecognizedthroughtheirhardwork.Therefore,thereisnodoubtthattheyshouldgetthepraiseandencouragement.

Basedontheabove-mentionedfactors,weshouldappreciatethisphenomenon.First,encouragethese“grassroots”starstocreatemoreworksthatpeopletendtolike.Inaddition,stimulatemorepeopletoachievesocialrecognitionthroughtheirownhardwork.Onlyinthisway,thewholesocietycanmakeprogressandbecomemoreharmonious.

2011年中央电视台春节联欢晚会,让名不见经传的“旭日阳刚”等草根平民迅速走红,一批“草根”明星成为“大众”明星。

当今这种现象非常普遍,值得我们深思和分析。

草根明星,虽然他们不是是公众人物,但是他们成为大众明星应该得到我们的鼓励和肯定。

主要原因有:

一,他们代表的是基层老百姓的力量,所以说有很广泛的大众基础。

二,他们的表演是大众化的形式,得到老百姓的喜欢。

三,归根到底,是他们的表现形式填补了人们传统文艺欣赏的空白。

最后,草根明星与其他明星一样,都是通过勤奋努力得到了大家的认可。

因此,他们应该得到赞扬和鼓励。

综合以上的因素,我们应该赞赏这种现象。

一,鼓励人们创造更多基层老百姓喜欢的作品;此外,鼓励人们通过自己的勤劳而取得社会的认可。

只有这样,社会才能够进步,才能够和谐。

TelevisionProgramandTheirEffectonchildren

Oldpeoplearealwayssayingthattheyoungarenotwhattheywere.Thesamecommentsaremadefromgenerationtogenerationanditisalwaystrue.Ithasneverbeentruerthanitistoday.Theyoungarebettereducated.Theyhavealotmoremoneytospendandenjoymorefreedom.Theygrowupmorequicklyandarenotsodependentontheirparents.Theythinkmoreforthemselvesanddonotblindlyaccepttheideasoftheirelders.Events,whichtheoldergenerationremembersvividly,arenothingmorethanpasthistory.Thisisasitshouldbe.Everynewgenerationisdifferentfromtheoneprecededit.Todaythedifferenceisverymarkedindeed.
