518瑞秋开始吸烟
班参加广告试镜，乔伊也去淘机会。
乔伊和班不像，所以和另一个小孩搭档演父子，与班这一对角逐。
乔伊记不清台词。
瑞秋到新公司RalphLauren上班;
她发现重大决定都在吸烟时间被制定了，自己根本插不上嘴。
于是她努力学习抽烟；
要染上烟瘾原来也挺难的，于是她开始劝告同事们戒烟……戒烟只坚持了一天。
菲比和莫妮卡为瑞秋的生日设计了一个惊喜派对。
莫妮卡一贯的风格便是全盘包办，菲比只得打点小杂，管管杯子和冰块。
菲比不甘只当小配角，于是用杯子装所有食物，并把冰块做得花样百出。
