1.Thiscertificateisalegaldocumenttocertifytherealestateownership.TherealestateownershipisundertheprotectionofthelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.

2.Therealestateownershallstrictlyobservethelaws,regulationsandrulesrelatedtorealestateofthecountry.

3.Theobligeshallapplyaregistrationtothepropertyrightregistrationofficeoflocalpeople’sgovernmentwheretherealestatelocatesbyholdingrelevantcertificateinthespecifiedperiodoftimeforthefollowingconditions;thetransferoftherealestate（resultfrombuyingorselling,exchange,conferment,succession,propertydivision,assignment,transfer,courtdecisionetc.）;alternationconditions（thechangeofthelegalnameofrealestatesobligeeorthechangeofthestreetwherethehouselocateandthehousenumber,thechangeofpresentconditionduetopartialconstruction,remove,collapse,burndownofthehouse）;establishmentofotherrights（righttomortgage,righttopawnoftherealestateetc.）;rightsfortherealestateterminateowningtolossofhouseorland,theexpirationofusableperiodofthelandandtheterminationofotherrightsetc.
