1.GeneralInstruction
KYN28-12meta-cladendorsedswitchgear(callcubicleforshortbelow)with3,hareAC,50Hzfrequencyisakindofindoorcompletedistributionequipmentforsinglebusbarandbusbarsectionssystemtoreceiveanddistribute3-10(12)kVnetworkenergyforcircuitprotectionaswellasmonitor,ThiscubicleconformstoGB3906-1991”3-35kVACmetalclosedsnigger”standardaswellasDH/T404-1997”indoorACHVswitchgeartechnicalrequirements”ofministryofEclecticPower,withreferencetoIEC298”ACmetalenclosedswitchgearandcontrolgearforratedvoltageabove1kVuptoandincluding52kV”(1990’sversion)standarddesignandmanufacturing.
Theswitchgearservesthefunctionoffivemeventionsie,followingsituationsshouldbeprevented.
1、Tomalopenofmalclosecircuit-brealcer.
2、Topush-inordraw-outmovablepartwithload.
3、Toswitch-onearthingswitchwithenergization
4、Tosupplypowerduringearthingsuitchisongroundposition.
5、Toenterinteenerqizingbay.

5.Constructioninstruction(showninTable12)
Thecubiciscomposedofcubiclebodyandmovableparts,itsshellandpartitionsforeachfunctionalunitaremadeoutofplatescoveredwithaluminium-zinebyfoldingjoinedtogetherwithselt-tappingscrew.
5.1、Outshellofcubicle
Cubicleoutshellisconnatewithfivefoldedmastandself-tappingscrew.
Itisdividedintomovablepartscell,busbarcell,relayinstrumentcell,eachunitisgroundedindependently.
5.2、Movableparts,iscalled“truck”isconnectedtogetherbysteedsheetsinbendingformwithbouts.
Accordingtotheusage,itcanhedicidedintobreakertruck,isolatingtruckarrestertruckandothercoatactortrucksThesametypeaswellasthesamespecificationofmovableparcanbeinterchanged;differenttypeofmovablepartscannotbeinterchangedforthesakeofthedifferenceinindificationequipment.Movablepartsincubicleshaveisolating,test,servicepositionlisolatingandtestpositionisinthesamearea.eachwithalocatingequipmentsoastomakesurethemovablepartskeepstillinoneposition.Interlockmechanismmustbeoperatedinpullingorwithdrawingaction
