Thefindingshaveimportantsuggestionsforthedesignoflighteningandvisualdisplayswhichaimtopromotepeople’ssleeppatterns.Presenttechnologiesaremostlydesignedtolimitoureveningexposuretobluelightbychangingthescreencolorofmobiledevices.Thetechnology,however,maysendthebodyclockmixedmessages.Thisisbecausethesmallchangesinbrightnesstheyproducecomealongwithcolorsthatarecommonlyseenduringtheday.Sothere’smoreforthedesignerstotakeintoconsideration.
