5.Partymembersbydisciplinarywarning,seriouswarningpunishmentinayearWithinayearandahalfMaynotascendinpartyandnon-partyorganizationrecommendshigherthanitsimmediatelypositionofnon-partyposition.

Thepartyexaminedthepunishment,dividedintotheparty’sprobationforayear,andthepartyfortwoyears.Forpartymemberswhoaresubjecttotheprobationofthepartyforayear,thetermoftheparty’stermofrenewalshallbeextendedforanotheryearaftertheexpirationoftheterm.Thedurationoftheprobationperiodshallnotexceedtwoyears.

Thepartyorganization,whichhasnorighttocorrectthepartydisciplineanditself,shouldbereorganized.Anymemberoftheleadingorganizationofthepartyorganizedbythereorganizationshallberemovedfromofficeunlessthepartyhasbeenremovedfromthepartypost（includingtheremovalofthepartypost）.

8.Thepartyleadershipcollectivetomakethedecisionoftheviolatingpartydisciplineorcommitotherviolationofpartydiscipline,withmembersofthecommoncrime,accordingtothecommondiscipline;Thosewhoviolatethedisciplineofnegligenceshallbepunishedrespectivelyinaccordancewiththeirrespectivefunctionsandresponsibilitiesinthecollectiveviolationofdiscipline.

9.Partyorganizationsinthereviewfoundthatpartymembersofthedisciplineiscorruptionandmalfeasance"provisionsofthecriminallawbehaviorsuspectedofacrime,shallbegivencancellationpartyposts,probationwithinorexpelledfromsanctions.

10.Thepartyorganizationinthereviewfoundthatpartymembersofthedisciplineisthebehaviorofthecriminallaw,althoughnotinvolvedinthecrimebutresponsibilityshallbeinvestigatedforparty,oughttoaccordingtospecificcircumstancesgivewarninguntilexpelledfrompunishment.

Ifthepartymemberisinvestigatedbythepartyandtheparty,andissuspectedofillegalcrime,thepartymembershallpromptlytransferthepartytotherelevantstateorgansforhandlingaccordingtolaw.Iftheadministrativesanctionsorotherdisciplinarymeasuresarerequired,theSuggestionsshallbemadetotherelevantauthoritiesororganizations.

Ifpartymembersarearrestedaccordingtolaw,Thepartyorganizationshallsuspenditsvotingrights,therighttovoteandtherighttobeelectedinaccordancewithadministrativeauthority.Ifthepartymayresumeitspartymembers’rightsaccordingtotheresultsofthejudicialorgans,itshallberestoredinatimelymanner.

13.Minorcrimeofpartymembers,decisionnottoprosecuteinaccordancewiththelaw,thepeople’sprocuratorateorthepeople’scourtinaccordancewiththelawtomakeaguiltyverdictandexemptedfromcriminalpunishment,shallgivecancellationpartyposts,probationwithinorexpelledfromdisciplinaryaction.
