二、培养目标及特色
培养德、智、体、美全面发展，具备数理基础与工程科学技术知识，掌握工商管理专业基础理论、基本知识和基本技能，接受科学思维和经济管理实践训练，胜任技术经济分析、资产评估与管理、战略管理、人力资源管理、投融资分析、项目咨询策划、市场运营管理等相关工作，具有较强的组织管理能力、创新创业能力、继续学习能力和国际视野的复合创新型管理人才。
本专业依托首都建设和学校土木建筑类学科优势，培养服务首都、面向全国，服务于首都城乡建设的
管理类专业人才，能够在建筑和房地产领域的政府相关职能部门、企事业单位、投融资机构、咨询机构、科研院所、行业协会等单位从事经营、财务、人力资源、市场运营等实务的管理人才。

六、毕业学分要求
参照北京建筑大学本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则，修满本专业最低计划学分应达到160学分，其中理论课程128.5学分，实践教学环节31.5学分。
