Abstract

Learninghabitsarethefixedattitudesandbehaviorsinthelearningactivities.Leaninghabitshaveadirectimpactonstudents’studies,goodlearninghabitsisanimportantfactortopromotestudentstoachieveabetterlearningperformance.Goodlearninghabitsmakebenefitsintheirwholelife.Today’seducationregardcultivatingtheinnovativespiritandpracticalabilityasthefocus,asforcultivatingstudents’lifelonglearningdesireandability,cultivatingstudents’goodlearninghabitsisstillaveryimportantlink.Goodlearninghabitsisakindoflearningmotivationandtheconnotationoflife.Goodlearninghabitsshouldbeproactive,predictive,participatory,questioning,social,andmanyotherbenefits.

摘 要

学习习惯是指学习活动中形成的固定态度和行为。

学习习惯对学生的学习有直接的影响,良好的学习习惯是促进学生取得较好学习成绩的重要因素。

良好的学习习惯的养成会让他们终生受益。

当今教育以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点,对于培养学生终身学习的愿望和能力,培养学生良好学习习惯仍是一个很重要的环节。

良好的学习习惯是一种学习动力和人生内涵的定型。

良好的学习习惯应该具有主动性、预见性、参与性、质疑性、社会性等诸多好处。

I.Introduction

Learninghabitsrefertothatthestudentsinthelong-termpracticegraduallyformintheprocessofautomationbehaviorwhichwillnotneedtoworkhardandsupervision.Theeducationofancientandmodern,Chineseandforeignexperts,psychologistshavepaidattentiontothecultivationofstudents'learninghabits.YeShengtao,agreateducatorinChina,hadexplicitlypointedout:

"whatiseducation?

Inaword,educationistodevelopgoodlearninghabits."Firstofall,whatwethinkaboutishowtocultivatethegoodstudyhabits.Itisdispensableforeveryonetoformgoodlearninghabitsinhisstudyandwork.Andgoodstudyhabitsmakelearningactivitiessmoothly.Goodhabitsonceformedandtheywillbethewealthofthelifetimepass.

II.Howtocultivategoodlearninghabits

1.Tobeginfromdetailsandperseverance

Formgoodlearninghabitshastostartfromdetails.Therearemany"details",suchassittingposture,thepostureofreading,answeringthequestionsandsoon.Intheprocessofforminggoodstudyhabits,thestudentsthemselvestopayattentiontothesedetails.Habitsaretheactionsofautomationandaprocessofrepeatandpractice.Inordertodevelopgoodlearninghabits,weneedtoconstantlystrengthenpracticeandpenetration.

2.Tostimulatestudents’interest

interestistheinnermotivepoweroflearning.Learningbecomesactive,easyandefficientbyinspiringthestudents'interest.However,learninginterestisnotinherent,itrequiresstudentsinthedailylifeandlearninginthecontinuousdevelopment,soastoenhancethestudents'learninginitiativeandinitiative.Asourstudyinterestgrows,theenthusiasmofself-studyishigherandhigher.

3.Tobuildself-confidence

Confidenceisamainstayofenterpriseanddecidestheabilityoftheindependentwork.Especially,self-confidencetakesasignificantpartinchildren’healthygrowthanddevelopmentofvariousability.Childrenwithhighself-confidencealwaysareconfidentintheiractivities,andchildrenwholacksofself-confidencedonotanticipatetoparticipateincollectiveactivity,thinkingthatnobodyloveshim.Becausethechild’sselfassessmentoftenreliesontheevaluationofadult.What’smore,itisnecessarytostudyanduselearningpsychology,children’psychologyandotherknowledgebasedonspecificcasestudies,andtofindawaytoeffectivelyimprovestudentslearningbehavior.

4.Positiveresearchmethod

Asstudents,weshouldobserveandthinkabouttheteacher'steachingmethodinthecourseofstudy.Notonlytoknowwhattheteachersaidinclass,butalsohowtosay.Whatisthemostprofoundimpressionofaclass,throughthethinkingandunderstandingoftheteacher'steachingmethod,itwillbeofprofoundenlightenmentandhelptooneself.

Theexplorationoflearningmethodisakindofactivityintheprocessofselfstudy,whichistousetheirbrains,andtoexerttheinitiativeandintelligence.Consciouslydeveloplearningability.Inpreview,reviewandworkinallaspects,notonlypayattentiontolearningwhatknowledge.Nottodevelopagoodhabitofexploringlearninglaw.Thereisnogoodlearningmethodandtechnique.Goodlearninghabitscanbeformedthroughlong-termtraining.Thistrainingshouldbecarriedoutinallaspectsofthestudy.Theresultsandresultsofthestudyarenotonlydeterminedbytheintellectualfactors.Moreimportant,italsodependsontheneed,motivation,interest,attitude,mood,emotion,will,character,andothernonintellectualfactors.Buteventheintellectualandnonintellectualfactorsareverygood.Reasonisthecombinationoftwofactors.Alsoneedtohaveagoodlearningbehavior,learningstrategiesandmethods.Thelearningbehaviorpatternhereisthestudyhabit.Goodlearninghabits.Itisthepremiseandconditionofgivingfullplaytotheintelligencefactorandnonintelligencefactorandthemaximumbenefitoftheorganiccombination.

5.Begoodatthinkingandsummary

Learningwithoutthinkingisuseless.Formoreknowledgeandmorefragmenteddiscipline,intheprocessoflearningtodevelopgoodtosumupandreflectonthegoodhabitofrelevantknowledge.Forsomesmallknowledgepoint,aftertheteachertoexplain,thestudentsshouldbetimelyfinishingandsummary.Onsomeofthekeyknowledgepointswereclassifiedandsorted,andtheknowledgepointencounteredinthedailystudyorreadinatimelymannertoaccumulate,doagoodjobinthecollectionofknowledge.Itcannotonlyeffectivelysavethelearningtimeofstudents,improvetheefficiencyofEnglishlearning,alsocanreducestudents'learningburdenandpressure,strengthentheconfidenceofstudents.

6.Toformahabitofcarefulconsideration

Formingahabitofcarefulconsiderationcannothelpstudentsdeeplyunderstandandgraspthebasicknowledge,butcultivateandtrainstudents’abilityofthinkingdo.Tocultivatethehabitshouldbenurturedinthewholeprocessoflearningandthinking.Weshouldpayattentiontostartfromthefollowingtwoaspects.

Studentsinthelearningprocesswillinevitablyproduceavarietyofdoubtsordifficultiesandthesepointsanddifficultiesareoftenthekeytocultivatingabilityofcarefulthinking.Becauseexposedtodifficultiesordoubts,studentsmustindependentlyandfrequentlythinkaboutwhattheyshoulddo.

6.2Demonstratingmodelandinspiringthinking

Whatisthemostimportantistobeathinkingperson,withapositiveattitudetotreattheirpursuitanddifficulties,theiractivepursuitofexcellence.Apositiveattitudecanbringalotofthings.Themood,mentalstateisnotthesame,theefficiencyoflearningisdifferentalso.Onceyoufallbehind,youwillhaveaclearsenseofurgencyandcrisisconsciousnessandhaveadesiretopossesstheknowledgeandskills,thenyouwillbeveryeagertogettheaffirmationoftheothers,youwillgetasenseofachievementintheprocess.We,inturn,willenjoysuchaprocess,takingitforgrantedthatlifeisverygood.Apositiveattitudeistherootcauseofthesuccess.Whenyouunderstandwhatyouwant,alltheotheradversefactorshavebeenaroundyou,youwon'tloseconfidenceandfight.Becauseyouknowwhatyou'redoing,evenifitisatemporarystateofstagnationordepress.Youwon'tgetlost,becausethedirectionisclear.

7.Cultivatelearninghabitisalifelonglearning

7.1Alwayshaveabook

Itdoesn’tmatterifittakesyouayearoraweektoreadabook.Alwaysstrivetohaveabookthatyouarereadingthrough,andtakeitwithyousoyoucanreaditwhenyouhavetime.

7.2Keepa“To-learn”List

Weallhaveto-dolists.Thesearethetasksweneedtoaccomplish.Trytoalsohavea“to-learn”list.Onityoucanwriteideasfornewareasofstudy.Maybeyouwouldliketotakeupanewlanguage,learnaskillorreadthecollectiveworksofShakespeare.Whatevermotivatesyou,writeitdown.

7.3TeachOthers

Youlearnwhatyouteach.Ifyouhaveanoutletofcommunicatingideastoothers,youaremorelikelytosolidifythatlearning.Startablog,mentorsomeoneorevendiscussideaswithafriend.
