General GR&R procedure / 通用GR&R程序: 7.1 The implementation of gauge R&R study on a specific measurement process for a specific pr

13、oject will be according to the customer requirement. This requirement (if any) will be documented in relevant product quality plan. If customer does not require any gauge R&R study, relevant engineer is free to choose where to apply the study. Gauage R&R study should re-implement if specific measure

14、ment process change. Engineer should define what kinds of changes should re-implement Gauge R&R according to relevant process changes.某一特定项目的某一特定测量工序须作测量仪器R&R分析的, 应根据客户要求。这种要求(如果有)应注明在相关的品质计划中,如果客户未要求作测量仪器R&R 分析的,由相应的工程师决定何处须作此分析.如某一特定测量工序更改须重执行R&R,工程师决定何种类型工序更改须重执行R&R.7.2 With reference to customer

15、 requirements, QA/PE/TE managers have to identify the needs and plan for what gauges has to be performed gauge R&R study on what process for what project.QA/PE/TE经理根据客户要求确认是否需要此方法, 并计划什么项目, 什么工序, 什么测量仪器要执行R&R方法. 7.3 Concerned department has to perform gauge R&R study following their study planning a

16、nd finish GR&R before the target completion date stated in the planning. In the GR&R study, responsible engineer has to select operators who are / will be handling the concerned process measurement and review/confirm correct measurement skill of those operators. Upon request by PE/TE department, QA

17、has to provide support to the engineer on study planning, data analysis and reporting.相关部门按照他们的研究计划执行测量仪器的R&R分析, 在填写预期完成日期之前完成GR&R 报告. 在GR&R分析中, 负责工程师必须选择人员进行相应的工艺测量,并审阅/确认操作人员正确的操作技能. 若PE/TE部要求, QA必须帮助工程师作 R&R 的计划, 分析和报告. 7.4 Concerned department has to assign the GR&R report number for each of the

18、 concerned study and update the GSML. The GSML will be reviewed once a month for checking on expired gauges. If an expired gauge were found, relevant member will be informed to remove them from the production line. The GSML will be renewed at least once a year.相关部门对每个相关的研究发放GR&R编号, 并更新GSML. 每个月必须检查一

(附表F) 7.6 Measurable R&R performance acceptance criteria of a gauge for production process control purpose is as follows:测量仪器可接受的计量型R&R标准如下:R&R%10% error, the gauge is very good / acceptable.R&R数据10%,

Repair, retrain or use other measurement means.R&R数据30%, 测量仪器是不可接受的. 请维修, 重新培训或使用其它测量方法. 7.7 Attribute R&R performance acceptance criteria of a gauge for production process control purpose is as follows:测量仪器可接受的计数型R&R标准如下: 7.7.1 The avai

23、lability of attribute MSA is decided by the percentage of consistency(MSA total deviation):计数型MSA有效性的判定以一致性百分比(即MSA总误差)的数值为基准:Percentage of consistency decision一致性百分比 判定90 100 %( include90%) MSA passed. / MSA合格80 90 %( include80%) Refer to the concrete case to decide the availability of MSA. / 根据具体情

24、况决定MSA的有效性95%.根据各检验员的测量结果与标准一致性的百分比可以判定检验员的测量水平. 一般要求测量结果与标准一致性的百分比95%; 7.7.3 The stability of operator is decided by the percentage of repeatability. The percentage of repeatability 90%.根据检验员的重复性百分比可以判定检验员对标准把握的稳定度. 一般要求重复性百分比90%; 7.7.4 The standard degree of tightness between all operators is deci

25、ded by the reproducibility percentage. The percentage of reproducibility 90%.根据检验员之间的再现性百分比可以判定各检验员之间对标准执行的松, 紧度. 一般要求再现性百分比90%. 7.8 An active gauge covered by R&R study has to be done GR&R studies again at least one year. These GR&R studies will also be recorded in the GSML.已实行了R&R研究的测量仪器, 至少每年再进行一

Measurable GR&R procedure / 计量型GR&R程序: 8.1 Select 10 same or similar spec samples, and identify the number from 1 to 10 on the samples.选择10块相同或相同规格的样板, 并编号为1到10. 8.2 Select 3 trained operators.选择3个培训过的实际操作员. 8.3 Each of the 3

29、 operators uses those samples to carry out the measurement under unknown the ID number. And the data will be recorded by another operator of know ID number.每个员工在不知样板编号的情况下独立对样板进行测量. 并由已知样板编号的另一员工为其记录数据. 8.4 3 operators discontinuous measure 3 loops for 10 samples.间断性的让3个员工对10块样板各测量3轮. 8.5 Input data into “Gauge R&R Report” (Appendix C), and analyse them.输入数据到“Gauge R&R Report”(附表C), 并进行分析.9.
