31、承担学费为主）学生是大学教育最大的受益者。他们在大学获取知识，拿到文凭，变得更加成熟。所以他们理所应当负担大部分的学费。第三段：（解释为什么社会也从受益，和为什么政府有责任承担一部分的费用）政府有义务支持教育事业的发展，因为大学教育让人们的文化和素质提高，社会也会更加有秩序。在北欧国家，大部分的大学都不收学费。第四段：（重复强调了第一段的观点）大学让个人和社会都受益，所以政府应该提供一定的财政支持，学生也应该支付一定的学费。我在每一段都将谁付学费和谁受益联系起来，这样就非常扣题，而且逻辑也非常清晰，每一段都对应了开头的观点逐个说明，这样想走题都难。所以大家写作文的时候，哪怕慢一点，都一定要认真

32、审题，特别要注意逻辑关系！另外，在写的时候要注意举的例子是否能证明主体段的观点，主体段的观点是否能证明你开头段的观点，开头段的观点是否紧扣了题目，这三点缺一不可。然后就是用一些uncommon但又恰到好处的collocation，和正确的语法。我个人认为我写作7分，除了扣题紧密外，还用了不少别人可能没想到的词汇吧。例如，大学教育提高人的literate ability and citizenship behavior，这些词是我考前根本没想到考的时候会用上的，但是却在写的时候自己冒出来，说明平时的积累才是最靠谱、最安全的。还有一点就是，行文连贯很重要，这个要多注意观察一下外国人写的文章是怎么连接观点与观点的，学习他们的思维方式，说白了这就是个长期的功夫活。Many young people leave school with a negative attitude towards learning.
