4、 VIII Division 1API RP 2X (2004)3.0 PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION 人员资质Personnel performing the NDT testing shall be qualified and certified to NDT Level II in accordance with the requirements of SNT-TC-1A recommended practice or equivalent qualifications approved by Client. as per Specification (Such as D

5、NV Level II, CCS Level II, NTIC Level II or ABS level II etc.)所有从事该项目的无损检验工作人员均应按照SNT-TC-1A推荐作法或由业主批准的具有等同标准要求进行资格考试并取得II级或II级以上级别的资质证书。(例如: DNV II级, CCS II级, NTIC II级, ABS II级等. )4.0 THE EXTENT OF NDT NDT检验范围According to the Clients specification 7.4.1Overall Requirements of 7.4 Extent of Testing T

6、able 4、Table 5 and code requirement, Contractors NDT engineer shall design NDT DWG for the project. The NDT DWG include the information of weld joint No., NDT method, NDT extent and NDT DWG No. etc. of the joint required to be NDT. The NDT DWG shall be submitted to Client and Third Party for approva

8、G 磁粉检验The magnetic particle testing procedure and dry magnetic particle testing method shall be in accordance with Clients Specification ASME Section V Article 7 and ASTM E-709.磁粉检验程序以及干粉检验方法应当按照规格书ASME Section V Article 7和ASME E-709进行。MT EQUIPMENT MT设备A.C. Electromagnetic Yokes 交流磁轭Yokes (220V/50Hz

9、 Alternating Current) used shall be the articulated leg type.磁轭(200伏/50赫兹,交流)应当是铰接式的;Calibration 校准Yokes shall develop a minimum lifting force 4.5kg at maximum leg spread. Yoke and the permanent magnet method shall be used to induce the required magnetic fields.应当使用交流电磁轭法或永久磁铁进行检验,以产生所需要的磁场。Type of weld 焊缝的类型The butt and fillet weld of structure 结构对接和角焊缝Temperature during test 试验间温度Wet method magnetic

14、 particle examination shall not be performed if the surface temperature of the part exceeds 57C. To start t

17、he pump first and mix it at least 30min , then take 100ml into the Centrifuge till magnetic-suspension concentration, the bottom magnetic-suspension is to show the concentration of the magnetic-suspension. The concentration volume from 1.2 to 2.4ml can be used for non-fluorescent magnetic particle.说

19、时,方可开始无损检验。Magnetic field strength at inspection location during continuous method连续法检验时的磁场强度Per API-RP-2X-8.6.1, yokes shall develop a minimum lifting force 4.5kg at inspection spacing.按照API-RP-2X,第8.6.1节,在检验时,磁轭应当至少能提升4.5KG。Surface Preparation 被检工件表面的准备1) The surface finish of the welds or the wel

20、d grooves shall be such that proper interpretation can be accomplished. The surface to be examined may be examined in the as-welded or as-rolled condition. However, surface irregularities that could mask indications of unacceptable discontinuities shall be removed by grinding, or other Client approv

21、ed methods.应当首先完成被检焊缝或坡口的外观检查,被检表面可以是焊后或轧制后的状态。影响检测结果即不可接受的不连续性的表面不规则显示应通过打磨去除或使用业主批准的其他方法进行。Prior to the examination, the surface to be examined, including 25mm on each side of the weld or weld groove, shall be dry and free of any dirt, grease, lint, scale, welding flux and spatter, oil or other ex

22、traneous matter that could interfere with the examination.MT检查前,被检表面包括焊缝或坡口两侧各25mm,应当是干燥的,并且没有污垢、油脂、铁屑,焊渣、飞溅、油污或其他外来的可能影响检测结果的物质。Application of Examination Medium 检验介质的应用1) Adequate contrast with the background of the surface being examined shall be made using white spray intensifying contrast agent

23、.检验前,应当对被检表面喷涂白色反差剂,以提供较高的对比度2) White backing intensifying contrast agent shall be applied in a spray of a uniform layer on the surface being examined, dry film thickness shall be approximately 25-microns (0.0010-mils), but shall not exceed 50-microns (0.0020-mils).白色反差剂应当均匀地喷涂在被检表面,干膜厚度大约为25微米,但不能超

24、过50微米。3) Wet magnetic particles shall be applied by aerosol spray onto the surface of interest.湿式磁悬液应当通过喷雾的方式喷涂在被检表面;Continuous Magnetizing Method 连续法The magnetizing current shall be switched on during the period the magnetic particles are being applied.磁粉检测过程中,磁化电源应始终处于开启状态。The duration of the magn

25、etizing current is typically on the order of 0.5 second with two or more shot given to the part磁粉检测的通电时间为0.5秒,至少反复磁化两次或以上Magnetic field direction for continuous method 磁化方向At least two separate examinations shall be performed on each area. During the second examination, the lines of magnetic flux sh

26、all be approximately perpendicular to those used during the first examination. When indications are detected, the indications shall be closely examined with the magnetic field perpendicular to the indications. The Yoke spacing shall be 76.2 to 152.4 mm. maximum, adjusted to suit the configuration of

27、 the examined area and shall provide 100% examination. The area to be examined shall be overlapped sufficiently for each time被检工件的每一被检区至少进行两次独立的检测,两次检测的磁力线方向应大致相互垂直。当发现缺陷时,应当再近距离、并且使磁力线垂直缺陷进行检查。磁轭的磁极间距最为76.2152.4mm,可以根据被检表面的状况进行调整,但要保证进行100%的检验。每次检验都应保证足够的重叠。Magnetizing Field Adequacy 磁场强度1) To veri

28、fy the adequacy or direction of the magnetizing field, the Magnetic Particle Field Indicator described in Fig. 1 shall be used by positioning the indicator on the surface to the examined. 按照附图1磁场强度指示器,将其放置在被检表面,来确定磁场的强度和方向。2) Adequate sensitivity is demonstrated for that particular yoke spacing when

29、 a clearly defined line of magnetic particles forms across the copper face of the indicator, when the magnetic particles are applied simultaneously with the magnetizing force.When a clearly defined line of particles is not formed, or is not formed in the desired direction, the magnetizing technique

30、shall be changed or adjusted.Interpretation of indications 显示评判Any indication shall be interpreted according to Clients Specification所有的显示都应当按照业主规格书要求进行评判。All indications shall be interpreted according to whether its relevant or non-relevant ( false indication ). Testing personnel should properly ev

31、aluate indication by either : retesting with the yoke field perpendicular to the discontinuity indication; or retesting and ensuring that excess particles are removed, or using grinding as a means to further interpret and evaluate indications. All indications that are ground should be continuously re-inspected with MT.按相关或非相关(假缺陷),对所有显示进行评判。测试人员应该正确的评估:重新测试与缺陷垂直的方向或重新测试并确保去除过多的磁粉,或通过打磨方法进一步评估其显示,所有打磨后的显示需重新进行MT检验。
