1、仪表连接管路施工方案仪表连接管路施工方案Instrument tube construction method1、编制说明:仪表连接管路在仪表使用过程中起着传输信号、供给气源、液压源和保证仪表运行的作用。大多数的仪表连接管路在仪表运行中,承受着被测工艺介质的压力、温度、腐蚀等。其施工质量的好坏,不仅对仪表能否正常运行意义重大,也对装置能否安全运行有重大影响。因仪表连接管路而出现的安全事故时有发生。所以参加施工的人员,要切实保证仪表连接管路的施工质量,为仪表的正常运行提供保障。2、编制依据:2.1、与用户签订的工程承包合同和协议。2.2、设计单位出具的设计施工图和其它设计文件。2.3、厂商提供的

2、设备材料安装使用说明书。2.4、设计选定或与用户商定本工程采用的国家或行业现行自动化仪表工程施工及验收规范、自动化仪表工程质量检验评定标准。2.5、设计选用的仪表安装标准图集。2.6、国家现行的工业金属管道施工及验收规范、现场设备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范。2.7、国家、行业和地区有关安全、防火、交通运输等方面的法律、法规和规定。2.8、公司质量保证手册、质量体系程序及其支撑性文件。3、工程概况:工程概况应包括:工程名称、地点、范围、规模、特点、主要技术参数、主要实物工程量、工期要求及投资等方面的内容。主要实物工程量可按下表列出:序号名称规格型号材质单位数量备注1测量管2气源管3气动信号

4、uction methods5.1、一般规定:General rule5.1.1、管路敷设的位置,不应在有碍检修、腐蚀、振动及其它影响测量之处。Location of tube shall not hinder maintenance or measurement and shall not mounted in the corroded or vibrating place . 5.1.2、管子领用前,应统一安排采用吹扫、擦洗等方法对管子内部进行清扫,保证管内清洁,设计有要求时进行脱脂。并根据需要进行防腐。Tube shall be cleaned concentrative by mean

5、s of blowing or wiping before handout , shall be degreased if designer required and shall be corrosion-proofed if needed .5.1.3、管子加工应采用机械切割的方法,切割后应对管口进行处理,要使管口平正光滑,无毛剌、裂纹、凹凸、缩口、铁屑等。Tube shall be processed by means of mechanical cutting and treatment , shall be taken to make the end smooth and have n

6、ot bristles or crackle etc5.1.4、可预制的管路和敷设方式相同的管路应集中加工,实现工厂化施工作业。That pre-fabricate and rout out method are same tubes shall be processed concentrative . 5.1.5、管路与仪表连接时,应保证其正对仪表连接口,不应使仪表承受机械应力。When tube are connecting to the instrument the ends must be correct each other and no mechanical stress on t

7、he instrument . 5.1.6、仪表管路不应直接埋地敷设。当必须埋地敷设时,应采用焊接的方式连接,并经试压合格、防腐处理后方可埋入。Tube shall not be buried directly . If not avoidable, welded , pressure tested and corrosion-proofed first . 5.1.7、仪表管路与高温的工艺设备、管线连接时,应采取热膨胀补偿措施。Thermal-expansion component shall be taken for instrument pipeline connected to hot

8、 equipment or pipeline . 5.1.8、仪表管路为不锈钢材质时,在碳钢支架上固定应采取隔离保护,不应让其与支架直接接触。When mounted on carbon steel supports stainless tube must be isolated5.1.9、仪表管路采用对焊连接时,应使焊口两侧的管路轴线一致。其错边量不大于管子壁厚的10%。When tube welding connected the tube line of two side shall be in the one line . No more than 10% is allowed 5.1

9、.10、焊接连接的仪表管路焊接时,应将管线与仪表脱离Instruments must be disconnected from tube to avoid damaged during welding .5.1.11、钢质仪表管路的焊接应采用氩弧焊的形式。Steel tubes shall be argon welded . 5.1.12、仪表管路在穿墙或楼板时,应加装保护管段或保护罩。保护管段穿墙时,应伸出墙面1030mm;保护管段穿楼板时,伸出楼板表面1030mm。When tube through wall or floor, protecting conduit or cap shal

10、l be fixed. When protecting conduit through the wall the head of conduit shall be out the wall 1030mm ; When through the floor the head of conduit shall be out the floor 1030mm . 16、现行标准进行外观检查。特殊材质或有特殊要求的材料要进行复验。Specification /type /material of tubes must correspond with standard and certification be available , appearance shall be checked according to nation standard . It will be checked again if it is special material or special required . 5.2.2、测量管路的材质证明资料、产品合格证和复验报告要分类妥善保管,

17、留作交工。Certifications of measurement tube shall be well kept and classified keeping for the project completed .5.2.3、检验合格的材料,要及时作好记录和产品合格标识,办理入库手续。库存材料要分类整齐摆放。不锈钢材料要作好隔离,不得与碳钢直接接触。Materials inspected to be qualified shall be recorded and marked in time , procedure of materials entering storage shall b

18、e completed in time . Stored material shall be neatly arranged and stainless steel shall be segregated to avoid direct contact with carbon steel .5.2.4、仪表连接管路的安装材料,在库存期间要统一安排,对一些需除锈和防腐的材料,进行除锈和防腐处理。Installation materials for tubes to be arranged consolidated during storage . de-rust and corrosion-re

19、sistant treatment to be taken when necessary .5.2.5、当材料需要代用时,必须办理材料代用单,并经设计签字确认后,方可代用。When material needs replacing , replacement list must be supplied with written agreement of designer .5.2.6、测量管路使用的阀门和辅助容器必须经过强度压力试验和阀门汇漏量试验合格后,方可进行安装。Valves and auxiliary vessels for measurement tubes must be test

20、ed qualified before installation .5.3、管路支架的制作安装Fabrication and installation of tube supports .管路支架的制作安装5.3.1、制作支架的材料在下料前应进行矫正、平直。切口应光滑,制作应牢固、平正,尺寸准确。Material for supports shall be aligned before cutting ,be smooth ,fabrication of supports be fastness, dimension be accurate . 5.3.2、支架安装宜采用焊接。一般应焊接在钢结

21、构或工艺设备和管道的支架上,不应焊接在工艺设备和管道上。当必须在工艺设备和管道上焊接支架时,必须征得设备或管道专业的同意。若支架与工艺设备和管道的材质不同,应加装与工艺设备和管道材质相同的加强板。Supports shall be welded on steel structure or bracket of process equipment or pipeline , shall not be welded on equipment or pipeline directly .When welding on equipment or pipeline can not avoided , a

22、greement of relevant personnel not be avoided . For equipment and pipeline of different material with supports , reinforcement plate of same material shall be mounted . 5.3.3、支架安装应做到固定牢固,横平竖直,整齐美观,同一直管段上的支架间距应均匀。Mounting supports shall be tight 、orderliness 、beauty and space between supports shall b

23、e equality in one straight pipe . 5.3.4、管路支架间距宜为:Interval supports shall be钢管:水平敷设11.5m 垂直敷设1.52m。Steel tube : horizontal laying 11.5m , vertical laying 1.52m .铜管、铝管、塑料管及管缆:水平敷设0.50.7m 垂直敷设0.71m。Copper tube / aluminum tube / plastic tube and canal cable : horizontal laying 0.50.7m , vertical laying

24、0.71m .当仪表管需要绝热时,应适当缩小支架间距。When tube needs isolation , the internal shall be shortened properly .5.3.5、当仪表管路顺工艺管线敷设时,可在工艺管线上用U型卡或环型抱箍生根固定支架。支架的长度应能保证管路与工艺管道之间的距离。当工艺管道需要保温时,应适当增加支架的长度。When tube lay along process pipeline , supports can be mounted on the pipes with “U” bolt or “ o” clamp , the length

25、 of which shall be meet the distance requirement . If pipe needs isolation , supports shall be lengthened properly .5.4、阀门安装Installation of valve 5.4.1、阀门安装前,应按设计文件核对其型号、规格、材质,并应按介质流向确定其安装方向。Type 、specification 、material of valve shall be checked according to design document and direction shall be d

26、etermined before installation . 5.4.2、与管道以法兰或螺纹方式连接的阀门,应在关闭状态下安装;与管道以焊接方式安装的阀门,必须在开阀状态下焊接。Valves connecting pipes with flange or thread shall be installed in closed status , and those by welding shall be in open status . 5.4.3、高压阀门安装前,必须复核产品合格证和试验记录。Must checking certificates and test record s again

27、 before high pressure valves are installed . 5.4.4、仪表连接管路系统敷设完毕后,测量管路系统的排放阀和差压仪表的平衡阀应处于开阀状态,其它阀门均应处于关阀状态。Drain valve of measurement system and balance valve of differential pressure instrument shall be open and others shall be closed after tube system completed . 5.5、测量管路的施工方法Construction method of

28、measurement tube5.5.1、取源部件制安Fabrication and installation of sample components5.5.1.1、一般规定general requirement:a、取源部件的安装,应在工艺设备制造或工艺管道预制安装的同时进行。安装取源部件的开孔与焊接工作,必须在工艺设备或管道的防腐、衬里、吹扫、试压前进行。Installation of taps should be carried out at same time of fabrication of process equipment or prefabrication of pipe

Open hole and weld should be finished before anti-corrosion , blowing and pressure test of equipment or pipeline b、在高压、合金钢、有色金属 的工艺设备和管道上面开孔时,应采用机械加工的方法。 Open hole by machine on high pressure, alloy steel and non-ferrous metallic equipment or pipeline.c、在砌体和混凝土浇注体上安装的取源部件,应在砌注和浇注的同时埋入。当无法做到时,应

30、预留安装孔。Work at same time when taps should be installed on build by laying bricks / stones or concrete .if not the hole should be pre-open.d、取源阀门与工艺设备或管道连接不宜采用卡套或螺纹式接头The ferrule and thread should be not used for valve of taps connect with equipment or pipeline e、同一管道上安装的取源部件,顺着介质的流向应依次为流量、压力、温度、成份。The taps is installed on same pipeline, the order alone the flow direction is meter, pressure meter , temper
