1、英语考试说明英 语考试内容义务教育英语课程的总体目标是发展学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面的基础之上。义务教育英语结业考试侧重考查学生的语言技能、语言知识、跨文化交际意识和跨文化交际能力。义务教育英语结业考试是达标性质的考试，命题依据英语英语课程标准中五级内容和相关附录的要求，测试学生是否能够达标。英语结业考试着重考查学生的听、说、读、写语言技能以及灵活运用语音知识、词汇知识和语法知识的能力。命题原则1、 依据英语课程标准确定考查内容与标准命题坚持考查内容不受教材内容的制约，试题内容不与任何教材的具体内容直接挂钩。2、 着

2、重考查学生的综合语言运用能力命题依据“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价思想，考查学生在具体情境中运用英语知识与技能的能力，着重考查用英语做事情、完成任务的能力。命题尽可能避免考查学生在脱离语境情况下的微观语言能力。3、 充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平选择命题语言素材和创设语言运用情景要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验，要与学生的身心发展水平相适合。4、 选用真实、地道的语言素材，根据语言实际使用情形命题选择命题语言素材时尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材；尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境，尽可能使试题任务接近现实生活中语言使用的真实情况。5、 依据英语课程标准确定的初中段词汇范围现行英

3、语课程标准（实验稿）中所附的词汇表列出了整个基础教育段学生应该掌握的3300个左右的词汇，但没有标注义务教育阶段应该掌握的词汇。为此，英语结业考试命题要依据义务教育英语课程标准（修订稿）拟采用的义务教育阶段英语词汇表确定命题词汇范围。该词汇表大约有1600多个单词，见“附录”。III试卷结构笔试试卷分为第I卷和第II卷两部分。第I卷为客观性试题（选择题）；第II卷为主观性试题（非选择题）。试卷共含十大题，满分120分，考试时间120分钟。试卷结构如下： 第I卷（选择题，共69分）题号 一 二 三 四题型听力选择单项填空完形填空阅读理解小题数 20 15 10 15计分 20 15 10 24第
