And the game teaching is one of the most effective methods, which is used by more and more teachers to improve the English teaching level. Students greatly welcome games, naturally speaking. 10、l and freely environment to arouse students interest in learning English. There is no denying that exerting games in the English teaching will make the class lively and funny. Games are considered one of the most effective ways to improve efficiency in language learning.With the integration and glob

11、alization of the economy, with the reform and opening-up process in China, more and more people become fascinated about learning a foreign language especially English. Meanwhile, 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing is another booster of learning English. As English becomes more and more accepted as an int

Views on primary middle school English teaching and textbooks have changed a lot with the stages of evolution. Ther

The contents of the textbook are designed according to students cognitive features, from easy to difficult, from low to deep and from simple to complex. The textbooks enlighten students thin

Some of them say that they have to take this course because it is a compulsory one, and still others say that they are bored with the monotony of teaching or ina

19、ought of combining games and teaching is the Fulubeier, who clearly pointed out that games are the characteristics of students activities. Students inner activities can be turned out by playing games, so as to obtain happiness, joy, freedom and satisfaction. Students games are companied by language

20、expression, which is helpful to develop childrens language skills. Among the many teaching approaches, game teaching is the most effective means to stimulate students learning interest and improve the quality of English teaching. 21、ere, a lifelike and communicative language environment; it also can provide an enchanting and absorbing practice form for students so as to improve students learning efficiency and English level. Similarly Spooked Bernard& Search Olivia (1994:271) defined that: games a different kind of play activity. They are highly structur

23、ed and include specific rules to be followed.The Dutch scholar Hu Iraq points out in his book People: player that the game should have following basic characteristics: 1. The voluntary and freedom characteristic of the game, that is to say the game is a free activity.2. The virtual and the utilitari

The closeness feature of the game, namely speaking during game activity, people will temporarily depart themselves with other game players. Games are different from activities. They are highly structured and include specif
