3、地准备:Working shelter of 200 m2 will be set up as workshop for fabrication of jacketing layer. This ground should be graded, leveled and covered with certain steel panels and 4mm soft rubber sheet shall be laid on it. Simultaneously some sleepers shall be provided. The workshop shall be steelframed st
4、ructure with cladding wall and shall be equipped with fire fighting devices. Meanwhile, water and electric service should have been applicable. 在指定的场地准备200M2做为保护层制作车间场地,场地要平整,地面上要铺设一定数量的钢板。并在上面敷设了4MM厚软胶板。制作车间为钢架结构,墙为彩光板结构。并要配备消防灭火设施。场地要配备一定数量的道木。水、电已经准备就位。 Construction Equipment施工机具:All necessary co

Technical and safety clarification has been issued to construction staffs.根据设计文件及本工程规范的要求,编制了施工方案。并对施工人员进行了技术和安全交底。 Technical and safety training has been executed for construction staffs.对施工人员进行了技术和安全培训。2) Fixed Support Installation固定支承安装 During thermal insu
9、lation application, the interval of adjacent supports shall be 1.52m for flat wall, 2.53.5m for cylinder type equipment, 46m for vertical pipe. During cold insulation, the interval of adjacent supports shall be less than 5m for flat wall or cylinder.相邻隔热支承的间距:平壁保温时为1.52M;圆筒设备保温时为2.53.5M;垂直管道保温为46M;平
10、壁或圆筒保冷时为小于5M。 When equipment and pipe are ready for welding, support ring (angle steel or flat steel ) shall be fabricated according to equipments size and insulation thickness, then be welded on equipment or pipe. For stainless steel equipment or pipe, stainless steel support ring shall be adopted;
11、 if carbon steel support ring is used, stainless steel pad shall be welded additionally.当设备和管道能够施焊时,根据设备的大小和保温厚度作好的支承圈(角钢或扁钢),焊到设备或管道上。当是不锈钢设备或管道时,要采用不锈钢制作;当采用碳钢制作时要加焊不锈钢垫板。 If welding process is not available for equipment and pipe, steel strip clamped around vessel strip shall be adopted. When equ
12、ipment is connected with vibrated equipment, the nuts shall be fixed by tack welding. When the material of equipment or pipe is non-ferrite, non-metallic heat-resistant washer will be used.当设备和管道不能够施焊时,应采用包箍的方法安装,当其设备在机泵、压缩机等有振动的管道上时,用点焊将螺母固定。当设备或管道系非铁素体钢时,垫非金属隔热垫。 Multi-row studs or pins shall be w
13、elded on the body of horizontal equipment along shaft direction. For equipment which nominal diameter 2800mm, 4 rows studs or pins shall be needed. When welding process is not available for equipment body, stubs or pins shall be welded on steel strip, then secured the steel strip onto equipment by b
14、olts.卧式设备应在筒体上轴向焊接数排保温钩钉或销钉,设备公称直径小于或等于2800MM时,设3排;设备公称直径大于2800MM时,设4排。当设备筒体不能焊接时,应将钩钉或销钉焊接钢带上,然后用螺栓将钢带固定在设备上。3) Insulation Layer Installation绝热层安装 The material used for thermal or cold insulation shall conform to the requirements stated in design and specification. During insulation application, gl
15、ass wool, cellular glass, aluminum silicate and aluminum plate will be used.所需保冷和保温材料必须符合设计及规范的要求。玻璃棉、泡沫玻璃、硅酸铝和铝板被使用。 Prior to installation of insulation layer, all supports, hangers and fixed supports for equipment and pipe as well as tracing pipe and instrument tubing shall be mounted completely.
16、Hydrostatic test, pipe blowing and outer surface painting have been finished and inspected.绝热层在安装之前,设备和管道的支吊架、固定架及伴热、仪表接管已安装完毕,压力实验、管道吹扫及外表面防腐等工作已全部完成并经检查合格。 When one layer of insulation will be adopted for thermal insulation which thickness 100mm and cold insulation which thickness 80mm, it should
17、be applied as per dual layer or multi-layer with similar thickness for each layer.保温层厚度大于100MM,保冷层厚度大于80MM时,采用一层隔热材料时,分两层或多层施工,并且各层的厚度应接近。 During insulation construction, the joints set on same layer and on adjacent layers shall be staggered and covered respectively with the overlap of not less than
18、 50mm The longitudinal joints of insulation layer for horizontal pipe cant be located within 45 of two sides of pipe vertical centerline. For the insulation layer for large size pipe and horizontal equipment, the longitudinal joints shall be deviated from the vertical centerline as far as possible.隔
19、热层施工时,同层的应错缝,内外层应压逢,其搭接长度不小于50MM。水平管道的隔热层的纵向接缝,不要在管道垂直中心线两侧的45范围内。对于大管道和卧式设备的隔热层纵向接缝位置应尽量偏离垂直中心线位置。 When insulation material such as CELLULAR GLASS shall be used, adherence application will be adopted. The applied temperature of adhesive should be suitable for insulation layer. During application, o
20、nce adhesive is took out, the container should be covered well immediately to avoid freezing. On each insulation cover, the joints shall be applied with adhesive fully and the adhesive extruded form joints shall be removed at once. For larger joints, it should be filled with glass wool.隔热材料采用CELLULA
21、R GLASS时,使用粘贴法进行施工。粘结剂使用温度要和隔热层相匹配。施工中,粘结剂取出后,应及时盖好,不要受冻。每块制品的缝隙应涂满粘接剂,挤出缝隙的粘结剂应立即挤出去,缝隙大的部位应使用玻璃棉填塞。 For the accessories of equipment and pipe in cold insulation, such as skirt, bracket, lifting lug, instrument stanchion, support, hanger, etc, their insulation length shall not be less than 4 times
22、of insulation thickness.保冷设备和管道的裙座、支座、吊耳、仪表管托、支架、吊架等附件,其保冷长度不小于保冷厚度的4倍。 Expansion joint will be located during cold insulation. The expansion joint shall be filled with soft foam plastic strip and sealed with 50mm adhesive tape, then cold insulation shall be applied on it.保冷层施工时要流出伸缩缝。伸缩缝用软质泡沫塑料条填塞,
23、外用50MM宽的不干胶带粘贴密封,缝的外面再进行保冷。 The material and type of insulation layer for PP (Person Protection) shall be same as the ones of thermal insulation.人身保护的隔热层采用和热保温一样的材料和形式。 For tiring of insulation layer, 0.4*13mm stainless steel band will be used for DN 500mm pipe and equipment. The interval of the abo
24、ve stainless steel band shall be 400mm.隔热层的绑扎,直径小于500MM的管道,使用0.4*13MM不锈钢带进行绑扎;直径大于500MM的管道和设备,使用0.5*19MM不锈钢带进行绑扎。钢带的距离不于400MM。4) Vapor Barrier Construction防潮层施工 For cold insulation layer of equipment & piping and protection layer of piping laying into ditch, the external face should be given vapor b
25、arrier. It should be divided into 3 layers:设备和管道的保冷层和敷设在地沟内的管道的保护层,外表均要设置防潮层,防潮层的结构为:1st layer: vapor proof cold mastic material layer or inflammation prevent pitch layer, 3mm thick第一层为防水冷胶料层或阻燃型石油沥青胶层,厚度为3MM;2nd layer: non-wax neutral alkalescence course grille flat veins glass cloth, 0.10.2mm thic
26、k第二层无蜡中碱粗格平纹玻璃布,厚度为0.10.2MM;3rd layer: vapor proof cold mastic material layer or inflammation prevent pitch layer, 3mm thick第三层为防水冷胶料层或阻燃型石油沥青胶层,厚度为3MM; For heat prevent layer with vapor barrier, the external face should be clean, dry, flat and even, without salient and concave pit.设置防潮层的隔热层外表面要清洁、干
27、燥、平整、均匀,不得有突角、凹坑现象。 When directly daubing on heat prevent layer with vapor proof cold mastic material layer or inflammation prevent pitch layer, and meeting design requirement, strickle it evenly with spatula, and wrap non-wax neutral alkalescence course grille flat veins glass cloth immediately.防水冷
28、胶料层或阻燃型石油沥青胶层直接涂抹到隔热层时,达到设计厚度时,要用抹子均匀刮平。并立即缠绕无蜡中碱粗格平纹玻璃布。 Glass cloth should be wrapped in spiral. Lap length should be no less than 50mm. The cloth should be tightened, flat and without corrugation.玻璃布应采用螺旋形缠绕,搭接尺寸不小于50MM,应拉紧、铺平、贴实,不出现皱折现象。5) Jacketing Layer Construction保护层施工 Jacketing layer should
29、 be aluminum plate , with 0.51.0mm thickness. All of the rivets, self-tapping screws and steel bindings should be stainless steel material.保护层采用铝板,厚度为0.51.0MM之间。铆钉和自攻螺钉及钢绑带匀为不锈钢材料。 For the jacketing layer of equipment & straight section of piping, the cutting size should be measured at site. When me
30、asure it, the tape should not be too tightened, and the perimeter should remain 3050mm after measurement. For the thin plate after cutting, either horizontal or vertical side should be pressed to get dent according to requirement.设备和管道直管段的保护层下料要实际测量,测量时不宜拉的过紧,测量后的周长要有3050MM的余量。下料后的薄板,横向、竖向要有一边按需要方向压
31、出凸筋。 For the jacketing layer of equipment & piping, the horizontal joint should be lapped, and the vertical joint should be lapped or butted. If adopt lapping, the requirement as following:设备、管道的保护层环向接缝采用搭接,纵向接缝要采用搭接或咬口连接。如果为搭接应符合下列要求:The horizontal and vertical joint of equipment should be lapped 50mm;设备的环向接缝和纵向接缝要搭接50MM;The horizontal joint of piping should be lapped 50mm, the vertical joint should be lapped 3050mm;管道的环向接缝的搭接50MM,纵向接缝的搭接3050MM;The lapping size of piping and straight pipe section as following: high-temperature pipe s
