1、仁爱版英语八年级上册法制教学案全册精品版Unit 1 Playing Sports法制知识渗透:中华人民共和国体育法第五十一条、(1995年8月29日第八届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议通过 1995年8月29日中华人民共和国主席令第五十五号公布 自1995年10月1日起施行)、反兴奋剂条例反兴奋剂条例于2003年12月31日国务院第33次常务会议通过,2004年1月13日国务院令第398号公布,自2004年3月1日起施行。第一章 总 则第一条 为了防止在体育运动中使用兴奋剂,保护体育运动参加者的身心健康,维护体育竞赛的公平竞争,根据中华人民共和国体育法和其他有关法律,制定本条例。第二

2、条 本条例所称兴奋剂,是指兴奋剂目录所列的禁用物质等。兴奋剂目录由国务院体育主管部门会同国务院食品药品监督管理部门、国务院卫生主管部门、国务院商务主管部门和海关总署制定、调整并公布。第三条 国家提倡健康、文明的体育运动,加强反兴奋剂的宣传、教育和监督管理,坚持严格禁止、严格检查、严肃处理的反兴奋剂工作方针,禁止使用兴奋剂。任何单位和个人不得向体育运动参加者提供或者变相提供兴奋剂。第四条 国务院体育主管部门负责并组织全国的反兴奋剂工作。县级以上人民政府食品药品监督管理、卫生、教育等有关部门,在各自职责范围内依照本条例和有关法律、行政法规的规定负责反兴奋剂工作。第五条 县级以上人民政府体育主管部门

13、法的有关规定给予处罚。在竞技体育中,有贿赂,诈骗,组织赌博行为,构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任。给学生讲解要经常锻炼身体,好好学习,强身健体,长大后为国家做贡献。Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:10分钟)完成2和3,培养学生听说能力,并通过大量操练,使他们熟练运用含有be going to的一般疑问句及掌握prefer的用法。1.
