6、负荷进行调整,对8台变压器进行了调小更换,匹配用电系统的供电设备,减少变压器自耗电量,三座站日节电107.6kw.h,年减少电能损耗3.93104kw.h,消除了不必要的电能浪费。在大庆油田进入高含水开发时期,井站的生产工艺改造越来越多,如果采油单位都在供电设备优化调整上积极做工作,节电工作应该是大有潜力可挖。因此,今后的油田管理有必要紧紧结合生产实际,根据生产负荷的变化,及时调整供电设备,这是消除电能浪费、节约生产成本的有效途径。JingZhan technology in oilfield production system after modification, there are so

13、拉小车”现象。消除转油站电能的无功损耗,需要根据油田生产实际,对用电设备进行调整,减少用电负荷。例如:我矿在对12座转油站进行用电负荷调查之后,对“大马拉小车”机泵采取了相应节电措施。一是针对扬程超出系统要求的机泵,采取减级措施。围绕3座转油站的7台输油泵、3台掺水泵的泵管压差都大于一级叶轮扬程的问题,采取机泵减级措施,年节电33.069104kw.h,二是针对外输液量减少的转油站,采取换泵措施。围绕2座转油站系统区域油井产量递减,使输油泵不能达到满负荷运行,造成电能的浪费问题,对4台输油泵进行选型换泵,年节电61.247104Kw.h。三是针对不能满负荷运行的输油泵,采取换电机措施。由于高含

14、水油井的关井,我矿一座转油站外输液量出现减少,输油泵不能满负荷运行,造成了电能浪费,我矿将油水两用泵的75kw电机更换为75/55kw的双功率电机,在运行中调为电机55kw,年节电5.69104kw.h。所以,根据油田生产实际,及时采取了机泵更换、机泵减级、电机调整等节电措施,非常必要,这是采油单位节约电能的有效方法。In oilfield production areas, the management center is a transfer station. 23、于泵排量大,污水满足不了污水泵输水需要,必须控制泵出口阀门,造成蹩泵运行和污水开连通阀循环打水现象,出现明显的“大马拉小车”现象。为了减少污水泵的电能消耗,利用现有的工艺流程,摸索调整污水岗和输油岗的合理分配供水关系,将耗电多的污水岗污水泵停运1台,在输油岗增启1台小型污水泵,使污水岗和输油岗污水泵都能在合理有效的排量范围内运行,提高了污水泵效率,降低了污水岗的耗电量,年节电量83.95104 kw.h。二是合理调整工艺流程,减少机泵运行台数。我矿油田开发进入高含水后期,在开采过程中高含水油井关井数越来越多,地层压力由于采出液的减少而开始回升,造成注水管网压力升高,从而带来了注水泵单耗的升高、

24、泵效的下降,出现了电能的浪费。为此,我矿对注水系统合理分配区块水量,调整工艺流程,停运1台注水泵,将管网压力降到规定范围,即能满足生产需要,又实现日节电4.7104kw.h。因此,要解决诸多管理系统不合理问题,消除电能多耗现象,有必要根据油田生产实际,探索实施工艺流程优化调整的节电管理方法,只有这样,才能最大程度的节能降耗。Oilfield production important post process after several times of modification or system, the scale of production changes, often occurs i
