1、辽宁省初中英语学科考试说明 辽宁省2019年初中学业水平考试英语学科考试说明(征求意见稿) 为贯彻落实教育部关于进一步推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的意见以及我省关于考试招生制度改革的相关文件,发挥考试评价对全面深化基础教育课程改革和学校教学工作的正确导向作用,现制定辽宁省初中学业水平考试英语学科考试说明。一、命题依据初中英语学科学业水平考试依照义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)(以下简称英语课程标准)所规定的初中英语毕业标准进行命题,目的是全面、准确地考查初中学生在英语学科学习方面达到国家课程标准所规定的初中毕业水平的程度。二、命题原则1. 基础性:注重全面考查学生对初中英语学科基础知识

2、和基本技能的掌握情况,遵循英语课程标准规定的五级目标基本要求,确定考查内容与标准。2. 应用性:着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力,避免单纯考查语言知识,体现学生“用英语做事情”的理念。3. 适切性:充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平。试题贴近社会,贴近时代,具有教育意义。4. 真实性:选用真实、地道的语言素材,设计比较真实的语言情境,考查学生在具体语境中运用语言的能力。5. 科学性:确保语言知识准确,试卷结构规范、合理,确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、偏、旧的试题,杜绝政治性、知识性、技术性错误。6. 导向性:注重试题对初中英语教学的导向作用,全面考查学生听、说、读、写等技能,有助于减轻学生课业

3、负担,有利于培养学生创新精神和实践能力。三、考试内容与要求考查英语课程标准中五级目标要求的内容。学生应在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识等方面达到相应水平。1. 语言技能听(1) 能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图。(2) 能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点。(3) 能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意。(4) 能听懂接近自然语速的故事和叙述,理解故事的因果关系。(5) 能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应。(6) 能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。说 (1) 能就简单的话题提供信息,表达简单的观点和意见,参与讨论。(2) 能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务。(3) 能在口头表

4、达中进行适当的自我修正。(4) 能有效地询问信息和请求帮助。(5) 能根据话题进行情景对话。(6) 能在以上口语活动中做到语音、语调自然,语气恰当。读 (1) 能根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义。(2) 能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系。(3) 能找出文章中的主题,理解故事的情节,预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局。(4) 能读懂相应水平的常见体裁的读物。(5) 能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息。写 (1) 能根据写作要求,收集、准备素材。(2) 能独立起草短文、短信等。(3) 能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系。(4) 能简单描述人物或事件。(5) 能根据图示或表格写出简单

5、的段落或操作说明。2. 语言知识语音(1) 了解语音在语言学习中的意义。(2) 在日常生活会话中做到语音、语调基本正确、自然、流畅。(3) 根据重音和语调的变化,理解和表达不同的意图和态度(4) 根据读音规则和音标拼读单词。词汇(1) 了解英语词汇包括单词、短语、习惯用语和固定搭配等形式.(2) 理解和领悟词语的基本含义以及在特定语境中的意义。(3) 运用词汇描述事物、行为和特征,说明概念等。(4) 学会使用1500个单词和200300个习惯用语或固定搭配。语法(1) 理解“语法项目表”中所列语法项目并能在特定语境中使用。(2) 了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能。(3) 在实际运用中体

6、会和领悟语言形式的表意功能。(4) 理解并运用恰当的语言形式描述人和物;描述具体事件和具体行为的发生、发展过程;描述时间、地点及方位;比较人、物体及事物等。功能在交往中恰当理解和运用本级别所列功能意念的语言表达形式。话题围绕本级别所列话题恰当理解与运用相关的语言表达形式。四、考试形式、时间及试卷结构1. 考试形式及时间 考试采用闭卷方式。听力口语测试采用人机对话形式,独立进行。分值为20分,考试时间为20分钟。笔试测试采用书面作答形式,分值为100分,考试时间为90分钟。 2. 试卷结构 (1)试卷分为听力口语测试卷和笔试测试卷。听力测试题型:听录音,选择正确选项,共计12分。口语测试题型:跟

7、读与模仿、情景问答,共计8分。 笔试测试分为选择题部分和非选择题部分,分值分别为45分和55分。 (2) 试题易、中、难的难度比例约为7:2:1。五、题型示例 听力口语测试部分【题型示例1】情景应答 你将听到三个句子,每个句子后面设有一道题,请从所给的A、B、C三个选项中选出最佳选项,并用鼠标点击该选项。听完每个句子后,你将有10秒钟的时间来选择最佳选项。每个句子播放一遍。A.
