1、英文申请说明信件非常详细英文书信格式：英文书信普通由下列五个某些构成： A信头（Heading）涉及写信人地址和写信日期，普通写在信笺右上角。在比较熟识朋友之间通信，写信人地址常可略去。地址写法普通是由小到大，如：门牌号、街道名、市（县）名、省名、国名（邮政编码通常写在都市名之后）。这同中文书信地址写法完全相反。日期写在地址下方，可以写13行。普通有下列两种定法：（a）月、日、年（美式）：如August15,200_ （b）日、月、年（英式）：如15thaugust,200_ ，月、日背面用逗号,年份背面不用标点。B称呼（Salutation）指写信人对收信人称呼，如DearXiaojun，写

2、在日期下一两行，顶格写，称呼背面可用逗号，也可用冒号，普通用Dear或Mydear开头。 C正文（Body）这是书信主体某些，即写信人要表达内容。正文普通在称呼下方隔两行处开始写，正文首行左边普通留约5个字母宽空白。D结束语（ComplimentaryClose）它是书信结尾恭维话，相称于文中书信最后“祝好”、“致礼”之类话语。如 “Bestwishes”等 E签名（Signature）签名普通签在结束语下方中间偏右位置，虽然是打写机打出信件，最后仍需亲笔签名，签名由写信人和收信人关系和亲疏限度而定，普通只需写名不写姓，但若用了较庄严结尾套语，此时可签全名。在签名上方可依照写信人和收信人关系写
