18、ancel this contract.9.检验和索赔：发货前，卖方应对货物的质量、规格、性能和数量、重量做精密全面的检验，出具检验证书，并说明检验的技术数据和结论。货物到达中国 港后，买方向中国出入境检验检疫部门申请货物检验，如与约定的商品质量和数量/重量不符，买方可凭中国出入境检验检疫部门出具的证明文件向卖方退货或索赔。在保质期限内，如货物由于设计或制造上的缺陷而发生损坏，和品质、性能与合同规定不符实，买方委托中国出入境检验检疫部门进行检验、并凭其检验证明书向卖方提出索赔（包括换货），由此产生的全部费用由卖方承担。若卖方收到上述全部书面索赔文件三十天内未予回复答复，则认为卖方已接受上述索赔

22、conformity with the contract, the buyer shall, during the guarantee period, request CCIB to make a survey and shall make a claim against the sellers (including replacement of the goods) and all the expenses incurred, therefore shall be borne by the seller.
