25、应该是我们的真题而不是模拟题。也就是说您应该重点准备的题目的时间应该是从2006年6月份的真题到最近的一次考试是2010年12月份,大概是10套题目。这10套题目至少要在一个月当中是全部听完的。而且在听力过程当中你不但需要听完这些题目，而且要把这些题目都搞得比较清楚透彻。二、对于单词量较少、听力基础比较薄弱的考生，可重点掌握听力考点技巧。因为在听、说、读、写、译这几个环节当中，由于听力的复习需要一些器材和器械的配合，导致我们平时在听的时候觉得很麻烦，于是就渐渐的放弃掉了，那接下来我的建议就是，如果你真的认为听力的基础比较薄弱，而单词量又不是很足的话，那建议大家注意一下考点方面的技巧，这就比较重

26、要了。另外还有30天左右的时间，如果还是从整体实力上进行提高的话，我们认为可能性不是很大，所以我们建议大家注意不同科目的不同技巧。就拿听力部分来说，分为一下几个模块。1、 小对话部分，特别需要注意的就是一些常见的技巧方式。比如说视听反向原则，就是听到不选，又比如说关注一下重点场景词汇和短语，又比如说关注一下替换的一些方案，2、 场景对话和听力短文两种题目，掌握视听基本原则。对于场景对话和听力短文两种题目，最能在现场救大家于水火之中的就是一种题一种考法，一种叫视听基本式原则，很简单，就是你听到的东西被看到，同时你看到的东西又被听到，某一个选项被集中的单词很多的话，那我们一般选这个选项是没有问题的

27、。而且几乎可以保证在四级这样一个稍简单的考试当中超过半数以上的准确率。3、复合式听写部分，尽量多写，以赢得分数。复合式听写部分，将是全国同学最为恐惧和担心的问题。这种题目的得满分的可能性确实非常的小，但是我们要推荐的是来自士兵突击中非常常见的精神不抛弃不放弃，能够多写就尽量多写一些，我们会发现未必得满分，但是你写出来就会得到相应的分数。对于各方面基础都较差的考生，想在30天内明显提高听力也不是很现实，以上几种技巧方法只是在帮助大家在不得已的情况下，尽力获得部分听力得分。但还是希望同学能从基础做起，踏实的做好基本功。三、克服考试时的紧张心理，以放松的心态应对听力考试。就如好多学员反映的，平时做听

28、力题成绩尚可，但一真枪实战就紧张，大大影响水平的发挥，新东方在线网络课堂赵建昆老师建议大家，首先就是早晨要少吃一些流质食物，会对您现场发挥产生重要的帮助，因为整个考试不长，如果你的生理上的感觉不是很舒服，也会影响你整体的发挥。第二就是我们会发现，其实一个人的紧张情绪是什么带来的呢？就是对一个食物或一个事情的恐惧感或者是不熟悉感造成的。如果平时经常做训练，上考场还要紧张的话，这种可能性有但是比较小了。我相信大部分会紧张的同学都是因为之前的准备工作不足造成的。同时，也建议大家这样做，在考前的一个星期之内，做一回到两回的模拟考试会比较好，比如我们按考试的整体时间安排一下，9点钟当你还是比较清醒的状态

29、就开始做题，两小时二十分钟将题目全部完成，无论结果如何，一定要反复的调整心态，在考场一定要记住不要因为紧张而影响自己的发挥，有些内容是可以调控的，比如说听力一般会比较紧张，你可以在考试之前多听一下，尽快的进入状态可能感觉会好一些。另外一定要准备好自己的文具，比如我们在现场千万不要出现铅笔断铅、油笔没油、钢笔吐水等等的情况，否则到时候就抓狂了。所以我们建议大家考前的模拟考试对大家来说是一个重要的训练，于是这件事情需要你多多熟悉。四、如何在听力考试中做到听、写两不误。众多学员反映，就是在平时做听写的时候，有一个问题就是，我们听了，却写不下来，如果要写的话后边的就听不见了。这个问题怎么解决？赵建昆老

30、师表示，这是一个非常重要的问题，就是一心很难二用的，听的时候很难写出，而且写的时候，就会发现无法听了。其实，这还是一个语言熟悉度的问题，如果今天在现场做一个听写的话，你会发现大家会表现得很好。比如这句话是：江总书记号召我们要建设和谐社会。你会发现，这句话我们都会写下来，一方面是这句话的内容我们很熟悉；另一方面，这是你的母语，你会发现每一个位置你都能听清楚。之所以我们在英文听写时写不下来，无外乎以下几种情况：第一种情况是：这句话你根本听不懂，如果是这种情况，那你就不要再尝试写出来了。第二种情况是：这句话中的个别单词你可以听得懂，在写完这些听懂的地方后，剩下听不懂的，还是写不出来的。第三种情况是：

31、比较夸张的一种情况，没有任何一个位置你听得懂，你完全按照个人的理解去写。还有一种情况是，你可能听懂了，但是你的手可能没有这么快写出来。一般在听写的时候，大家一定要记住，一句话确实比较难写，正常同学会反映出一个情况，就是这句话的开始和结尾比较容易写的出来，而开始和结尾写出来的话，至少可以得到这句话中的一半或者一半以上的分数。另外一个问题是，千万记住：大家在写得时候不要强迫自己全部写出来，你能写出你听懂或听见的那部分就可以来，这可以让你得到一些分数了。还有一个问题是，平时，我们的听写训练实在太少了。我们在小学的时候回家经常会有一些听写训练，就是父母亲给我们来听写课文，或是生字或词汇什么的。那时候，你会发现，一些东西会让你印象深刻，一辈子都忘不了。但是你想想看，在学英文的时候，是否也可以付出一些像
