13、pulley hoisting device4.1 手拉葫芦装置Manual pulley device4.1.1 选用5t、10t手拉葫芦。Select 5t, 10t manual pulleys4.1.2 逐台检查手拉葫芦应无严重磨损。Make sure that each manual pulley is without severe wear4.2 胀圈:根据罐壁内径曲率分段采用型钢制作,各段再用螺栓联结成几大段。各大段之间采用手压千斤顶胀紧在罐壁上。胀圈胀紧采后用传力筋板(龙门板)扣住胀圈分别焊在罐壁上,传力筋板一般设置在提升架滑动托架两侧部位,以便共同承受液压提升时的罐体重量。E

14、xpanding ring: It is made of profile steel in segments according to the curvature of internal diameter of the tank wall, and the segments are bolted into several large segments. The segments are expanded tightly to the tank wall by manual jacks between them. After the expanding ring has been expande

15、d tightly, gantry plates are applied to hook up expanding ring and to be welded on the tank wall. The gantry plates are usually set up at both sides of the sliding rack of lifting rack in order to jointly support the weight of tank when applying chain block lifting.4.3 准备施工所用的工具如龙门板,销子,钢尺加减丝,撬棍,手锤,大

28、eserve tank8000x900045216.71251596 121.961.45. 手拉葫芦立柱的平面布置说明Plane layout instructions of manual pulley posts5.1 立柱应均匀布置在罐壁内侧,尽量靠近壁板,以减少立柱的弯矩。每个立柱的稳定性影响整个罐体提升的稳定,必须平稳垂直固定,并用两根斜支撑杆加固,必要时(最大起重重量超过5 0吨,罐体直径大于或等于20米时)可增加一根联到中心的径向水平拉绳(钢丝绳),钢丝绳之间用紧扣螺丝拉紧,使所有提升架呈辐射形联接;或者当最大起重重量大于35而小于95吨,罐体直径小于20米时,每个提升架可增加一根斜支撑,使提升架更加稳定。这样布置既可使单个立柱有足够的刚度,又使所有立柱形成封闭系统,充分保证立柱组成的提升系统的稳定性。Posts erected at the internal tank wall should be as close to tank shell plates as possible in ord
