2、ccording to loading manual、stability calculation manual, Chief Officer is in charge of the calculation of the pre-stowage plan and loading reasonable to make ship stability in safety permit limits.1.3. 船舶装卸前后大副认真进行船舶稳性计算校核,包括装卸前的预算和装卸中的监督以及装卸后的核算,当货物发生变化后,要重新进行计算。Before and after the cargo handling,

7、edure2.1. 下潜准备工作:Diving Preparation:2.1.1. 确保舱底机舱逃生舱门水密,保持与机舱通信联系畅通。Make sure the bottom escape door is watertight and keep correspondence with engine room unblocked.2.1.2. 叉车移走放在E层甲板或车间内。Move the forklift onto E deck or into the workshop.2.1.3. 存放在舱内的漂浮垫舱料若未移出必须使用货网或绳索固定。If the floating dunnage whi

8、ch was stored in the hold wasnt moved out, it must be fixed by cargo net or rope.2.1.4. 下潜水位达舱灯位置(约6米)时,从舱灯到左右通道的开口必须封牢。When the diving level reaches the hold light (about 6metres), the hole from hold light to both sides passageway must be sealed.2.1.5. 舱内松散设备如浮箱、滑梁等必须打开人孔。The loose equipments such

9、as buoyancy tank and slide bridge must be open manhole.2.2. 下潜工作Diving Operation:2.2.1. 下潜操作应保持尾倾约1米。During the diving operation, keep down by stern about 1metre.2.2.2. 压载操作:Ballast Operation :2.2.2.1. 预先压载使船吃水达到7米,使用边舱NO.23、24、29、30、31、32和底舱NO.15、13、14、19、20压载,越靠近压载泵的舱室压水越快。Ballast in advance to ma

10、ke sure the draft reaches 7metres, and utilize the wing tank NO.23、24、29、30、31、32 and bottom tank NO.15、13、14、19、20 to ballast, the closer to the ballast pump, the more quickly ballast.2.2.2.2. 检查尾门底板(受水压底板可能竖起来)。Check the stern door baseboard (it maybe stand up under the water stress).2.2.2.3. 打开尾门

11、前不必让底部高出水面7米,但也不能让底部超过水下50CM。只有水深达到30CM打开尾门。Dont let the bottom above the water 7metres before opening the stern door, but also dont let the bottom beyond underwater 50CM. Only when the depth of water reaches 30CM, open the stern door.2.2.2.4. 使用NO.21、22、5、6舱等监控吃水差。Utilize the tank NO.21、22、5、6 to m

12、onitor trim.2.2.2.5. 当水漫过机舱逃生孔及下潜过程中尤其应注意舱内水的变化。When the water over the engine room escape door, especially notice the change of water level in the hold during diving.2.2.2.6. 记住下潜时TPC会减少很多。Remember during the diving, TPC will reduce a lot.2.2.3. 下潜装卸货期间:Diving Cargo Handling:2.2.3.1. 下潜等货状态保持尾门开到约5

13、0CM间隙,减少舱内涌浪冲击影响。When the ship is in the state of diving waiting cargo, keep the stern door open to about 50CM interval, and reduce the impact of swell.2.2.3.2. 操作装卸货物时注意不要碰损外伸导轨和三脚架。Do not damage protract slide bridge and tripod during handling cargo.2.2.3.3. 上浮时应保持同下潜时一样吃水差。When the ship comes-up,

25、mooring, The ships rail close wharf and maintain parallel3.2.2. 通知机舱供应足够电力。 Inform engine room to supply enough electricity.3.2.3. 悬挂号旗,通知过往船舶慢车驶过,注意了望,必要时用VHF联系。 Hang gonfalon, notice ship sailing around, notice look-out, use VHF contact when necessary.3.2.4. 机舱加派值班人员随时准备按卸货指导人员的指令调整压载水。 Engine roo
