1、变频器调试说明 Revised as of 23 November 2020变频器调试说明1.变频器上电,修改参数访问级别 。首先选中变频器,按键,然后按键,选择Ports,选择“00 PowerFlex 753”,按ESC键,退到主界面。设置P301=1 快速访问方法按PAR#键,输入访问的参数号,如3012.完成变频器Start-up向导按键,然后按键,选中Start-up菜单,进入启动向导。启动向导结构如下:选择”Begin Start Up”,按确认键进入。面板提示“Start-Up consists of several steps to configure the Enter”,
2、按“Enter”键确认。面板提示“Geneal Startup”“Appl Specific“选择“Geneal Startup”,按“Enter“键确认面板显示:“Motor Control”“Motor Data”“Feedback”“Limits”“Ref Ramp Stop“I/O”顺序选择以上菜单进入选择”Motor Control”菜单,面板显示”This section select the type of Motor Control the drive will Enter”,按“Enter”键确认面板显示:“Please Select:Sensorless Vect V/Hz
3、Flux Vector”对于原料变频器,选择“Sensorless Vect” 无速度传感器矢量,对于烧结机一台变频器带两台电机应用,选择“V/Hz”“Motor Control”设置完成后,选择“Motor Data”,按“Enter”确认变频器面板显示“Edit Motor NP Volts” “ 400 VAC”按”Enter”确认变频器面板显示“Select type of power units shown on motor nameplateHPKW”选择”KW”,按“Enter”键确认 变频器面板显示 “Edit Motor NP PowerXX KW”,输入电机额定功率(使用软
4、按键,删除原有显示值再输入电机功率值),按”Enter”键确认 变频器面板显示“Edit Motor NP Amps”XX Amps”,输入电机额定电流值,按”Enter”键确认 变频器面板显示“Edit Motor NP HertzXX Hz” 变频器额定是50Hz,按”Enter”键确认 变频器面板显示“Edit Motor NP RPMXX RPM”,输入电机额定转速,按”Enter”键确认变频器面板显示 “Edit Motr OL Factor1” 电机缺省过载倍数为1,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Motor PolesXX Pole” ,输入电机极数(注意:4极电机同
5、步转速1500RPM,6极电机同步转速1000RPM),按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Speed Units Hz 0” 缺省是 “Hz 0”,按Enter键确认(如果要改为RPM,这里设置“RPM 1”)“Motor Data”设置完成后,可直接跳过”Feedback”,变频器缺省工作在无编码器反馈模式,选择”Limits”,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Max Fwd Speed 50Hz” 按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Max Rev Speed-50Hz”按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Min Fwd Speed1.0Hz”按Ent
6、er键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Min Rev Speed1.0Hz” 按Enter键确认“Limits”设置完成后,选择”Tests”,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Complete these steps in orderDirection TestAuto TuneDone”选择“direction test”,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Press START to begin test!Motor will run!”按键起动变频器变频器面板显示“Is the direction of rotation forward?YesNo”如果变频器旋转方向为正向,选择“Yes

9、te Tune 旋转调 Static Tune 静态调节选择”Rotate Tune”,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Press START to begin test.CAUTION:Rotate Tune will cause motor shaft rotation.”按键起动变频器变频器会自动完成整定过程,整定结束后,按键停止变频器,选择“Done”,按Enter键确认。“Tests”完成后,选择”Ref Ramp Stop”,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Edit Direction Mode Unipolar 0”按Enter键确认变频器面板显示“Please select

18、puts”,”Analog Outputs”,选择”Done”,按Enter键确认。再次选择”Done”,按Enter键确认。变频器面板显示“Please make selectionGeneral StartupAppl SpecificExit Startup”选择”Exit Startup”,按Enter键确认,退出启动向导剩余的工作是完成对I/O Module的设置。首先选中I/O Module,按键,然后按键,选择Ports,选择“04 I/O Module 24V”,I/O设置数字量输入,输出和模拟量输出Digital in 选择 digital in status bit 1 为
