30、落？是否符合要求（4KG）？灯泡是否正常？（4）救生绳是否符合要求？是否容易扭结？C、救生筏：（1）壳体是否完好？（2）静水压力释放器是否在有效期内、系固是否正常？（3）附近是否有应急照明？D、各种信号数量、有效期、存放地点、状况？抛绳器配置数量是否正确？状态如何、是否在有效期内？E、注在室外的IMO标志是否已褪色。4、住宅区及机舱附近：A、 检查自闭门有无背钩，门的关闭情况。B、 天窗，开关是否正常（活络），特别是遥控天窗能否正常开关，各舱室通风筒，防火门，防火档闸开关正常。机舱和生活区走道内通风管口档火闸锈死板不动，或出口档火板缺标识，现场缺专用关闭工具。C、 内走廊望顶的通风口（空调回风装置）内很脏，百叶片不活络、有很多锈死，要拆检、活络、加工具并标识，宁安型轮都有这样的缺陷；D、 船令广播、通用报警、控制站照明是否正常； 5、主消防泵、应急消防泵、消防管系：A、 应急消防泵：（1）操作熟练，满载、空载等各种条件下根据本轮实际情况的操作，检查出水压力。部分船舶因吸入阀、出口阀操作不当，经常出现打不出水，应该在操作规程中细化操作注意事项。（2）应急消防泵应在5分钟内启动、达到规定压力（封闭压力0.6MPa、二条皮龙的射程12米），压力表、连接管应正常（3）急消防泵间应清洁、干爽。如有水位报警则应处于可用状态。（4）要标识进水、出
