6、护、二次收面难度较大。2.4.模板体系全部采用木模散拼，配置升温火炉后，防火措施一定要到位。三、冬期施工规定按照建筑工程冬期施工规程JGJ/T1042011规定，凡室外日平均气温连续五天稳定低于5时，即进入冬期施工。根据现行施工手册第四版，邯郸市每年11月15日至次年3月15日期间为冬期施工期，历时121天。四、施工准备项目部与劳务公司钢筋工长，连同各分部工程班组长，相互沟通、相互配合，针对现场情况，采取人性化的、切实可行的、以预防为主的措施，来保障本专项工程保安全、保质量、保进度的顺利进行。1.技术准备1.1. 项目部、劳务公司钢筋工长参加项目部关于冬期施工的培训。1.2. 一线工长认真学习

7、施工手册和建筑工程冬季施工规程，深入了解冬季施工各要点。1.3. 一线工长应分别从冬季是怎么给施工带来影响，到该采用什么措施来应对这些影响两个方面对工人进行冬季施工专项培训。2.物资准备 覆盖混凝土的塑料薄膜18000。（覆盖13500，4500备用）。覆盖混凝土的棉毡18000（覆盖13500，4500备用）。加工、修补保温材料的宽胶带200卷。 火炉12-24个。（燃料使用工地废方木、模板、煤炭等） 手套60双（负温条件下月用量）。 水银温度计4支，普通温度计30支。3.现场管理准备3.1.关注未来一周室外及工作面气温，尤其是0和-15这两个界限温度，做好记录，并以此为依据安排工作。3.2

8、.制定0和-15环境下的施工措施，并与各班长沟通，完善并使之接受项目部冬季施工各措施。3.3.将薄膜和棉毡以料单模式提前加工好，两层薄膜间夹一层棉毡并密封（边、棱角、外凸部位夹两层棉毡）。将做好的成品编号、并配置相应图纸备用。五、冬期施工对本专项的影响1.对材料性能的直接影响混凝土中水结冰后，体积约增加9%，会使混凝土产生大量微小裂缝；同时混凝土的硬化也将完全停止。即使立刻解冻，混凝土的裂缝也将继续存在。混凝土受冻前强度未达到规范要求时，其物理力学性能将全面下降。抗压强度约损失50，抗渗等级降低为零，混凝土与钢筋的粘结力大幅度的降低。2.对工程质量的间接影响 遭受过冻害的混凝土构件不仅力学强度

9、降低，而且耐久性能严重下降，即使在施工时增加混凝土中的水泥用量提高混凝土的强度等级，耐久性仍得不到改善，对结构的长期安全埋下隐患。六、冬期施工技术方案1.工艺的选择 根据西安市气象统计资料温度统计，本工程冬季施工应以综合蓄热法为主；当个别时段最低气温低于-15时，改用负温养护法。2.原材控制 本工程主体结构全部采用商品混凝土，不考虑原材料加热、搅拌等因素，但必须严格控制到场商混指标。2.1. 检验进场商混原料，所含水泥不小于280kg/m，且只能使用硅酸盐或普通硅酸盐水泥，水胶比不大于0.55。2.2.控制到场商混温度，具体尺度以保证入模温度达到5为准，对达不到要求的混凝土坚决退场。2.3.采

10、用综合蓄热法时，混凝土应参入早强剂或复合型早强型复合外加剂，并应具有减水、引气作用（含气量控制在3%-5%）。商混进场后应先检查外加剂质量及参量，合格后方可使用。2.4.针对本工程混凝土为露天结构、且有较多外露钢筋的现状，严禁使用氯盐类防冻剂。2.5.当气温低于-15采用负温养护法时，应以浇筑混凝土5天内的预计最低气温来选用防冻剂类型。同时需满足浇筑混凝土完毕、及保温材料覆盖后，温度尚不低于5的要求。3.混凝土浇筑 3.1.泵管依次缠塑料薄膜-棉毡-塑料薄膜，室外部分棉毡加缠一层。 3.2.泵送混凝土前需用与商混同配合比的水泥砂浆预热泵管。 3.3.关注天气预报，在可能降雨降雪的时间段，将待浇

11、筑的工作面用彩条布覆盖。浇筑前，还应清除模板和钢筋上的冰雪和污垢。3.4.分层浇筑的混凝土应把握好循环浇筑时间，确保已浇筑的混凝土层在未被上一层混凝土覆盖前温度大于2。3.5混凝土板收完面需立即按编号覆盖薄膜和棉毡。待二次收面时，收哪一间卷起哪一间，收完后立刻还原。4.混凝土养护4.1.室外最低气温大于-15时，混凝土采用综合蓄热法养护，受冻临界强度不得低于混凝土强度等级值的30%，同时不低于4.0MPa。当气温小于-15摄氏度时，采用负温养护法养护，受冻临界强度不低于5.0MPa。任何养方法下，卫生间等有抗渗要求的混凝土受冻临界强度均不得低于设计强度等级的50%。4.2.剪力墙混凝土浇筑前，

12、应对照图纸和编号，在模板对拉螺杆上铺设对应保温材料，待混凝土达到强度要求并冷却到5以下后，方能取下模板及保温材料。当拆模后，混凝土温度与环境温度相差大于20时，应立即将保温材料覆盖回混凝土表面，延缓混凝土冷却速度，避免出现温度裂缝。4.3.每个单元使用2-4台炉子同时加热，保证混凝土尽早达到受冻临界强度。火炉应有专人看管并勤加移动，避免局部温度过高产生过大温度应力。4.4.冬期施工，水泥水化作用缓慢，混凝土只需加强保水即可、严禁采用浇水养护。 5.混凝土测温 5.1.在板面和墙体边缘、棱角、外凸、迎风等典型部位各设置一组测温孔，绘制测温孔布置图，并在测温孔处做明显标示。 5.2.测温时，测温元

13、件需用棉毡与外界隔离，测温位置应处于结构表面以下20mm处，留置在测温孔内3分钟以上。 5.3.测温频率为每六小时一次，当采用负温养护法且混凝土温度低于0摄氏度以后，改为每2小时测温一次。混凝土达到受冻临界强度后可停止测温。 七、冬期施工安全方案。 1.混凝土工配置手套、胶鞋、防水围裙等劳保用品。 2.下雪后，将上人通道处积雪清扫干净。上人梯道使用螺纹钢焊制，以保证良好的防滑性能。 3.本工程全部采用木模散拼、使用火炉升温时，严禁使用长方木、长模板条等，避免火苗过高，造成安全隐患。 4.宿舍无人时应关闭电源总闸，防止火灾；在外居住使用煤炉时，应加烟筒，并保持室内空气流通，防止煤气中毒。（英文版
