1、工程安装合同3篇2017工程安装合同(3篇)*目录2017工程安装合同工程安装合同煤气管道工程安装合同工程名称：甲 方：乙 方：经双方友好协商，甲方委托乙方就甲方地暖工程进行施工，现就有关事宜达成协议如下：一、 施工范围和施工材料：乙方施工范围为：1、铺设隔热层2、铺设钢丝网（加热管下部），规格：2×200×200；3、pex-a盘管（ 牌）；4、安装全铜分水器（吕丰牌）；5、安装热力箱至分水器之间的ppr供回水管道（乙方提供阀门两个、过滤器一个，其它连接用材料由甲方提供）；二、 施工方案及验收标准：施工前乙方首先提报施工方案和施工设计，经甲方批准后严格按施工设计和方案

2、施工和验收。加热管间距确定为：卫生间：200；厨 房：300；卧室：楼头和顶层200；其他250客厅、餐厅：250。三、 施工现场管理1、 乙方施工人员要严格服从甲方现场管理要求，做到文明施工，安全施工。2、 乙方施工人员要进行全员安全教育，制定周密安全措施方可施工。3、 甲方要派驻现场管理人员负责对乙方施工进行监督管理和协调现场出现的问题，为乙方创造良好的施工条件。4、 为乙方施工人员免费提供材料仓库和基本的住宿场所。5、 施工用水用电由甲方提供，如需要可装表计量。四、 工程造价和结算方式1、 合同造价该工程地暖实际铺设面积约为： 平方米，结算价格为元/平方米，工程总价约为 元（ ）。地暖施

3、工完毕后，甲方应对乙方提报的工程质量和工程造价在三日内核定，并在十日内进行最终结算。工程量核定方法约定：按实际铺设面积核定，具体办法为：未铺设的房间不计算面积，铺设地暖的房间按施工图纸标注尺寸扣出设计墙厚为基准计算面积，卫生间和厨房如果铺设地暖按全部面积计算。2、 结算方式以实际施工的楼号分批计算。主要材料到工地并经甲方或甲方委托的监理方检验合格后，拨总价的30%，后续工程按工程形象进度拨款，施工完毕拨付到总价的80%，工程竣工付至总价的90%，保修期为二年，第一个采暖期结束后10天内付到95%，第二个采暖期结束后10日内付清余款，终生负责维修。五、 施工工期：按照甲方要求工期施工，以不耽误后

6、增加或减少工程：若甲方需修改、增加或减少其工程计划时，总价之增减，应按双方规定之订单计算。若需新增加工程量，双方应另行协商该项新增加工程之单价。若甲方因修改原计划而将已完工部分工程或已运抵工地之材料弃置，甲方在验收后，应按双方规定的单价对乙方已完成的工程费用及材料费，予以支付。9监督进度：甲方派去的监督人员或代表对工程进度予以监督并有权予以监工、指导。乙方应按甲方人员或代表的指示正确施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。10工程停工：若甲方通知乙方将工程停止，其原因又并非是乙方的责任，乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已完成工程的数量、运抵工地的材料及其他合理费用。在已交款中增付或扣除。11工程监护：在工程

7、开始后，但在完工移交前，已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、工具、设备等，均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵抗的灾害外，乙方应对保管中的一切，负损害之全责。如遇不可抵抗的天灾人祸，乙方应详列损害实情，向甲方提出恢复原状的价格及日期。以供甲方核对付款之用。若甲方决定不再继续施工，按合同第10条规定结束。12工程保险：除天灾或因甲方使用不当的原因外，乙方应在甲方验收后保证工程质量良好_年。13附加条款：在工程进行中，若因乙方的过错，使甲方或其他人员受到伤害，乙方应负责赔偿。但如果伤害原因是由甲方或与甲方订约之其他工程人员的过错所造成，则应由甲方完全负责。14附件：本合同附件应视为本合同的一部分，与其他条款有同等

28、第279号建设工程管理条例的有关规定执行。即：二年内设备、材料非人为损坏的维护，乙方提供无偿免费服务；二年后为有偿服务。第七条组成合同的文件组成本合同的文件包括：图纸、工程材料表、预（概）算书、双方有关工程的洽谈、简单变更等书面协议或文件视为本合同的组成部分。第八条甲方的承诺与保证一、其是一家依法设立并有效存续的有限责任公司；二、其有权进行本协议规定的交易，并已采取所有必要的公司行为授权签订和履行本协议；三、其保证做好本工程的三通一平工作，保证水源、电源通到施工现场双方商定地点的总表，并承担施工引起的水、电费用；四、本协议自签订之日起对其构成有约束力的义务。第九条乙方的承诺与保证一、其是一家依法设立并有效存续的有限责任公司；二、其有权进行本协议规定的交易，并已采取所有必要的公司和法律行为（包括获得所有必要的政府批准）授权签订和履行本协议；三、保证在施工过程中，本着安全第一的宗旨，如出现因乙方原因而发生的危及自身及他人的安全事故和工伤事故，乙方承担一切费用及责任；四、承诺按合同约定进行施工、竣工，并在质量保修期内承担工程质量保修责任；五、本协议自签订之日起对其构成有约束力的义务。第十条违约责任一、甲方
