The choice of a network is performed automatically, and if more than one network is given in the list, the choice is based on th

7、e order in which the operators appear. This order can be changed by the user. The home PLMN is the network in which the user has subscribed, while the visited PLMN often refers to the PLMN in which the user is roaming. When a user receives a call on a visited PLMN, the transfer of the call from the
