1、基于Mastercam对连杆进行NC加工编程基于Mastercam对连杆进行NC加工编程在UG/CAM系统中可以直接采用2D图形进行刀具轨迹设计。采用2D图形进行刀轨设计具有使用方便、灵活的特点,适合在没有零件实体模型的情况下,读入二维工程图进行快速数控编程。本文将通过Mastercam软件对连杆进行设计。1 绘制连杆几何模型1.1选择“文件/新建”命令,建立新文件夹,在顶部工具栏中单击选择俯视构图按钮和俯视图按钮。1.2在第1图层画出连杆的2D平面图形如图1-1所示。1.3在第2图层绘制几何图形边界框,输入X和Y均为30。1.4在第3图层将图形中心移到系统坐标原点,便于加工时以图形中心对刀。

2、 图 1-1 连杆2D平面图形2 规划加工刀具路径2.1规划挖槽加工路径(1)单击“机床类型”,在子菜单中选择“铣床”/“默认”。(2)选择“属性”/“材料设置”,在弹出的对话框中输入如图2-1所示参数。图2-1 设置零件坯料尺寸(3)单击“刀具路径”/“挖槽”进行挖槽加工。(4)选择“串联”命令,选择如图2-2所示圆弧处。图2-2 选择挖槽区域(5)选择“确定”命令执行。(6)系统弹出如图2-3所示挖槽加工对话框,在“刀具”下单击“选择刀具库中刀具”,系统弹出如图2-4所示刀具库对话框中,选择一把10的平铣刀,单击确定。图2-3 挖槽加工对话框图2-4 加工刀具选择(7)在选择的10平铣刀图

3、标上双击,系统弹出如图2-5所示刀具参数设定对话框,选择“参数”选项卡,输入如图2-6所示参数,单击确定。图2-5 刀具参数设定对话框图2-6 设置“参数”选项卡(8)选择图2-3中的“共同参数”选项,在出现的图中输入如图2-7所示参数。图2-7 设置参数(9)在“切削参数”选项下,切削方式选择“等距环切”,如图2-8所示。单击确定。图2-8 设置切削方式(10)在图2-9中选择,在弹出的对话框中单击,则会出现模拟路径如图2-10所示。图2-9 验证路径图2-10 模拟挖槽路径2.2 规划钻孔加工刀具路径(1)单击“刀具路径”/“钻孔”进行钻孔加工。(2)手动选择圆心为钻孔中心点。(3)选择一

4、把50的钻头,钻孔深度设置为-45。(4)选择,在弹出的对话框中单击,则会出现模拟路径如图2-11所示。图2-11 模拟钻孔路径2.3规划外形加工刀具路径(1)单击“刀具路径”/“外形铣削”,进行外形加工。(2)在“刀具”下单击“选择刀具库中刀具”,选择一把20的平铣刀,单击确定。(3)设置刀具、外形加工中的参数后,单击确定。(4)选择,在弹出的对话框中单击,则会出现模拟路径如图2-12所示。图2-12 模拟外形加工路径2.4生成加工NC代码利用mastercam系统的后处理功能,自动生成加工连杆几何图形所需要的NC代码。(1)单击,弹出的如图2-13所示对话框,单击确定。图2-13生成NC代
