6、ORKING CONDITIONS工作条件3.1 AREA TO BE EXAMINED 检查区域The following areas are concerned: welded joints, adjacent surfaces, hot bends and any surface that is contaminated or rust that required passivation.涉及以下区域：焊逢及临近表面的区域，热弯及需要钝化的受污染或锈蚀的表面。3.2 SKILL LEVELS技能Personnel must be experienced and have knowledg

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS 详细指南5.1 Checking Prerequisites检查先决条件The technical prerequisites described in paragraph 3.4 must be checked.5.2 Mechanical Cleaning 机械清洗- Grinding is performed by grinding wheels用打磨轮打磨。- Brushing is performed by means of hand brushes or

11、stainless steel rotary brushes.用刷子或不锈钢旋转刷刷。- The brushes used must be free from oil or grease.使用的刷子不得有油污。5.3 Degreasing（If necessary）脱脂（如有必要）- Degreasing is performed with acetone or alcohol.用丙酮或乙醇脱脂- Degreasing is performed with a brush or wad. (The bristles of the brush must not be dissolved by ac

12、etone or alcohol.)用刷子或一块布（鬃毛刷不应被丙酮或乙醇溶解）5.4 Passivation钝化Passivation may be carried out in two different manner:两种不同的方式进行钝化：5.4.1 Either by exposure to environmental air , sheltered from dust and contaminating atmosphere.放置在露天或无尘及污染的空气中5.4.2 or by applying a chemical.或用化学品- For local passivation or

13、decontamination, the application of paste may suffice(mixture made of a neutral binder and a nitric acid base) .局部的钝化或去污染，可用糊剂（硝酸与中性粘合剂的混合物）。- The paste is applied in thick layers to the surface to be decontaminated or to passivated.在表面涂抹厚层的糊剂以去除污染或钝化。- The application is repeated several times, if

15、collected in a Plastic bucket.从表面去掉钝化膏,并将其收集在一个塑料桶中。5.5 RINSING 冲洗- Rinse the surface immediately after finishing operate passivation with drinking water carefully to prevent remained acid from their surface .钝化操作完成后立即用水冲洗表面，应仔细冲洗防止酸液滞留表面。- Rinse. always work from top downwards, whether with a water

16、 jet or a sponge, to prevent rings appearing after drying. the cycle is repeated until the metal is completely cleaned.无论水喷或海绵浸洗，冲洗总是从顶部向下进行，以防止出现环状物。可重复操作直到金属完全清洁。- The pH test paper can be used to check rinsing water of the surface . Rinse must be stopped when pH value is between 6 and 8.可用pH试纸检查表

17、面冲洗水，pH 68可以停止冲洗。5.6 CLEANLINESS CHECK清洁检查- Visual inspection:目检Metal pipes must be free of any foreign matter.金属管上无任何外来物- White cloth test:白布试验Wipe the suspected area of specimen with a white, clean and lint-free non-synthetic cloth. The results shall turn out to be the same after 24 hours. The clo

18、th must be clean without rusty spot.用白的，干净无毛的棉布擦拭有疑问区域，应干净无锈斑。24小时后结果一样。6. Individual Prevention and Protection Methods个人防护品及防护方法6.1 Individual Prevention个人防护品- Goggles.眼镜- Gloves. 手套- Safe shoes 安全鞋6.2 Special Protection Measures特别防护措施- A water supply point close to the operation areas for safety p

19、urposes.为了安全的目的，在操作区域提供一个供水点。- Handle and application passivation paste with care and good sense.应小心谨慎地搬运和涂敷钝化膏。- Wash generously with water for at least 15 minutes in the event of contact with the eyes 溅在眼睛时，用大量的水冲洗至少15分钟。- Wash generously with water immediately for at least 15 minutes in the event
