1、3笔翻译考核标准下面转载一个译文审核标准：（一次转不完，分两份哈）译文审核标准 Elanso后台编辑将根据以下的标准来评定译文是否通过审核，一方面是要强化译员的品质意识、将空泛的各派翻译标准极具操作性地落到实处，另一方面是有助于甄别翻译质量的高低、提高译文的质量，让更多的读者喜欢您的译文。 此审核标准，集合了多位专家评审的自身学习体会和工作经验，全面参照英国皇家特许语言学家学会（Chartered Institute of Linguists）和澳大利亚翻译资格认可局（National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interprete

2、rs）的笔译评价标准以及中华人民共和国国家标准翻译服务规范第1部分：笔译。 译文审核标准提出“内容完整”、“信息准确”、 “表达恰当”、“语言品质”、“遵从惯例”、“风格贴近”、“技术细节”以及“整体效果”等八个方面的质量指标，基本涵盖了对翻译的所有常见要求。如果一篇译文，译文中如果不符合该标准中的任何3项，译文都将被编辑审核不通过。一、 内容完整Completeness是否提交完整的译文、提交时间是否不超出约定期限，这是翻译质量的默认衡量标准。1. 翻译完备completeness2. 交稿及时punctuality 二、 信息准确Accuracy提交的译文是否完全准确地传达了原文信息，没有

3、添加、删减、扭曲、错乱，这是翻译质量的首要衡量标准。1. 信息添加addition原文：The UN released the document in The Hague and in more than 100 nations capitals, including Beijing.译文：这份报告是联合国对包括北京在内的一百多个国家的首都进行调查后，在海牙公布的。n 原文并未提及联合国对各国首都进行了调查，显然这是译者没有深究原文意思，先入为主地胡编乱造的。实际上，原文把“The Hague”和“capitals”并列区别开来，一是因为联合国的这份文件很可能是在海牙（国际法院所在地）首发的，

4、二是因为海牙并非荷兰的首都，无法纳入“capitals”。改译：联合国在海牙和包括北京在内的一百多个国家的首都发布了该报告。2. 信息删减omission原文：The Engineer shall be at liberty to object to and require the Contractor to remove forthwith from the Works any person employed by the Contractor in or about the execution or maintenance of the Works who, in the opinion

5、of the Engineer, misconducts himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties or whose employment is otherwise considered by the Engineer to be undesirable and such person shall not be again employed upon the Works without the written permission of the Engineer.译文：工程师有权

6、要求承包商立即解雇其雇用来执行合同的人员，这些人员在工程师看来未履行职责或不称职。被解雇的人员未经工程师的书面同意，不得再被雇用。n 原文中的“any person employed by the Contractor in or about the execution or maintenance of the Works”被笼统地译为“执行合同的人员”，减损了概念的内涵，扩大了概念的外延（不但包括工程施工、执行和维护人员，而且可能包括行政、后勤等人员）。n 此外，“misconducts himself”和“whose employment is otherwise considered

7、by the Engineer to be undesirable”在译文中也没有得到体现。n 上述漏译改变了原文条款的约束对象和范围。改译：工程师有权反对承包商雇佣来参与工程建设或从事工程施工或维护相关工作的任何人员，并要求承包商立即将他们从工程中解雇，只要工程师认为其行为不轨、或不能或疏于恰当地履行职责、或工程师因其他原因认为其雇用欠妥。未经工程师书面同意，此种人员不得再受雇于该工程。原文：“Site” means the land the other places on, under, or through which the Permanent Works or Temporary W

8、orks designed by the Engineer are to be executed.译文：“现场”指工程师设计的永久性或临时性工程所需的土地及其他场地。n 原文的on, under, in or through仅仅以“所需”笼统表示很不妥当，模糊了工程与现场的各种关系，将来可能造成争端。改译：“现场”指建造工程师设计的永久或临时工程所需的土地和其他场所，不管工程是建造于该等场地之上、之下、之内还是经过该场地。原文：Upon successful completion of the tests the Purchaser shall sign a Plant Acceptance

9、Certificate evidencing such completion and listing any agreed Deficiencies to be corrected by CAE within such period as may be agreed with the Purchaser.译文：如果这些试验均获成功，买方须在工厂验收合格证上签字，证明已完成这些试验，并注明双方一致认为并已被CAE校正的缺陷。n 将完成纠正缺陷的时限漏译，可能造成的纠纷是不言而喻的。改译：一旦顺利完成这些测试，买方须签署一份工厂验收证，证明测试已经完成，并列出双方共同认定的所有缺陷，由CAE在与买

12、subject as above mentioned”和“in connection therewith”意思不好把握且似乎可有可无，因此三个部分都被漏译了，造成概念外延和行为任意性的扩大。改译：承包商应负责按工程师书面提交的原始基准点、基准线和参照标高如实准确地对工程进行放线，并在符合上述要求的情况下，负责校正工程各部分的位置、标高、尺寸和排列，同时提供一切有关的必要仪器、装置和劳力。3. 信息偏差distortion原文：Upon successful completion of the tests the Purchaser shall sign a Plant Acceptance C

14、收后，设备如仍有缺陷，双方可协议在规定期限内予以纠正，但应在验收证上注明。改译：一旦顺利完成这些测试，买方须签署一份工厂验收证，证明测试已经完成，并列出双方共同认定的所有缺陷，由CAE在与买方可能商定的期限内加以纠正。原文：As an artistic event, a stimulus to the creative and performing arts in Australia, the Festival has introduced many world-famous artists to millions of Australians.译文：作为一种艺术活动，艺术节促进了澳大利亚艺术

15、的开创与形成，它将世界许多的知名艺术家介绍给了广大的澳大利亚人民。n “the creative and performing arts”指“创意艺术和表演艺术”，并非“艺术的开创与形成”。改译：（阿德莱德）艺术节是一件艺术盛事，对澳大利亚的创意艺术和表演艺术来说是一种激励，它让数百万澳大利亚人认识了许多世界闻名的艺术家。4. 信息错乱confusion原文：The “excepted risks” are war, hostilities, civil war, or unless solely restricted to employees of Contractor or of his

16、subcontractors and arising from the conduct of the Works, riot, commotion or disorder.译文：“意外风险”包括战争、敌对状态、内战，或在工程进行中，由承包商的雇员、分包人制造的动乱、混乱。n 本句话的表语是由war、hostilities、civil war以及（有成因arising from和影响范围solely restricted to限定的）riot、commotion、和disorder。n 译者由于未弄清结构，导致译文正好与原文背道而驰。改译：“除外风险”包括战争、敌对状态、内战，以及非由施工引起、

17、且不仅影响承包商或其分包商所雇员工的暴动、骚乱和混乱。原文：A desire to throw over reality a light that never was might give way abruptly to the desire on the part of what we might consider a novelist-scientist to record exactly and concretely the structure and texture of a flower.译文：这是一种照亮现实的欲望，此欲望从来就不会唐突的取代后面的那种欲望，后者是我们可以将其部分的

18、理解为一个兼任小说家和科学家的人想要去准确并具体的记录下一朵花的结构和文理的那种意义上的欲望。n 本翻译最大的错误在于没能理清“that never was”（修饰“a light”）和“might give way abruptly to the desire”（担当主句谓语）的修饰和归属关系，胡乱将其拼凑在一起，进行穿凿附会，得出了与本意完全相反的翻译。实际上，译员如果愿意对上文【Thus, one impulse often surrendered to a fresher one and, unfortunately, instead of exacting a compromise,

19、 simply disappeared.（因此，一种冲动往往让位于另一种新产生的冲动，而且不幸的是，两种冲动间并不能取得某种折衷，而是索性使原来的冲动消失殆尽。）】稍加照应，是可以避免这样的错乱的。n 穿凿附会的还有“on the part of what we might consider a novelist-scientist”。“what”引导的名词性从句相当于“someone whom we might consider a novelist-scientist”，其中关系代词“whom”在关系从句中做“consider”的宾语。改译：以一种前所未有的方式解构现实的欲望，突然之间可能

20、被另一种准确具体记载花草结构和纹理的欲望所取代，而这种欲望可能被认为是科普作家所特有的。 三、 表达恰当Appropriacy (renders text appropriately)提交的译文是否能够让读者获得原文所提供的信息，词语是否便于读者理解、语法是否不构成阅读羁绊、逻辑是否正确引导读者，这是翻译质量的基本衡量标准。1. 词语达意expressiveness原文：Chou was a quiet and thoughtful man, even a little shy as he welcomed his visitors, urged them to be seated and t

21、o tell how he could help them.译文：周恩来举止优雅，待人体贴，在招呼他们坐下，询问有何见教的时候，甚至还有些腼腆。n 这里没有充分挖掘出关键词语“urge”所具有的“急切地鼓励”这一内涵，另外，“询问有何见教”也不足以表达“urged them to tell how he could help them”所体现的热情。再有就是“quiet”与“优雅”似乎还是有点差别。改译：周恩来举止沉稳，待人体贴，在热情招呼他们就座、表示随时乐意效劳的时候，甚至还有些腼腆。原文：A desire to throw over reality a light that never

22、was might give way abruptly to the desire on the part of what we might consider a novelist-scientist to record exactly and concretely the structure and texture of a flower.译文：这是一种照亮现实的欲望，此欲望从来就不会唐突的取代后面的那种欲望，后者是我们可以将其部分的理解为一个兼任小说家和科学家的人想要去准确并具体的记录下一朵花的结构和文理的那种意义上的欲望。n “throw over reality a light tha

23、t never was”是成语“throw (a) light on/over”的扩展。“on the part of”是“regarding or with respect to”之意。译者断章取义，仅将单独字词简单组合起来，得出的翻译不能达意。改译：以一种前所未有的方式解构现实的欲望，突然之间可能被另一种准确具体记载花草结构和纹理的欲望所取代，而这种欲望可能被认为是科普作家所特有的。原文：These questions are political in the sense that the debate over them will inevitably be less an explor

26、的一股重要影响。n 原文中“and with them the chances for a distinctive contribution to humanistic understanding”是与“the careers and professional fortunes of many women scholars”并列的主语；“with them”中的“them”是指“the careers and professional fortunes”。译者没有把这种“皮之不存，毛将焉附”的意思体现出来。n 另外一个小问题是，“sexism”被机械地翻译成“性别主义”，不够“性别歧视”达意。

27、改译：这些问题具有政治色彩，因为不可避免的是，关于这些问题的辩论与其说是本着中立精神对抽象事物进行的探索，不如说是学术影响力的较量。这场较量将使目前才开始大批进入学术界的女性学者中许多人的职业生涯和职业前景岌岌可危，同时她们为人文理解作出显著贡献的机会也难以预料，而这样的贡献可能对消除社会上的性别歧视带来重大影响。2. 语法正确grammar原文：Does there, I wonder, exist a being who has read all, or approximately all, that the person of average culture is supposed to

28、 have read, and that not to have read is a social sin?译文：我在想，是否有人读完了一个有中等教养的人被认为应该读的所有书籍或几乎所有书籍？没有读完这些书籍是否是一种社会犯罪？n 译者的问题在于将修饰“all”的后一个关系从句“that not to have read is a social sin”划归为“I wonder”的宾语从句。改译：我在想，要读完了一个中等教养的人应当读完、不读完就是一种社会罪过的所有书籍，或几乎所有这样的书籍，到底有没有人能够做到？3. 逻辑清晰logic原文：These new observational c
