1、钦州市初中毕业升学英语科考试说明602钦州市2014年初中毕业升学考试学科说明英 语一、考试目的初中毕业升学考试是义务教育阶段的终结性考试，目的是全面、准确地反映初中毕业生在学科学习方面所达到的水平。考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到初中毕业标准的重要依据，也是普通高中招生录取的重要依据之一。二、命题的指导思想坚持有利于全面贯彻党的教育方针，实施素质教育；有利于深化基础教育课程改革；有利于促进基础教育均衡发展；有利于全面检查初中教育教学质量和普通高中录取新生；有利于面向全体学生，促进学生生动、活泼、主动地学习，提高学生综合人文素养，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，促进学生德、

2、智、体、美等方面全面发展，成为文明、和谐社会幸福人生的创造者。三、命题的基本原则（一）科学性原则。保证试题有较高的效度与信度。试题结构、选材、题目表述、问题设置等尽量做到科学、合理、规范。（二）导向性原则。正确发挥考试的导向功能，坚持以学生发展为中心，有利于引导教师改进教学方法，引导学生学会学习。（三）基础性原则。面向全体学生，充分考虑到各个层面学生的水平状况，合理安排试题的难易比例。以考查基础知识和基本技能为主，杜绝偏题、怪题。（四）人文与创新性原则。试题内容追求学科教育价值，渗透人文思想，贴近学生生活，鼓励学生创新思维。四、考试范围与内容要求以教育部制定的义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版

3、)规定的五级要求为标准，内容覆盖本届学生七至九年级所用的外语教学与研究出版社出版的（新标准）英语教材七年级、八年级、九年级各上、下册。五、考试形式与时间考试采取闭卷考试的形式。考试时间为120分钟（含听力考试20分钟）。六、试卷结构试卷包括第卷、第卷和答题卡三个部分。考生须将试卷所有答案填涂或写在答题卡上。满分为120分，选择题占80分，非选择题占40分。（一）题型及赋分比例第卷1.听力部分（25小题，每小题1分，共25分）（1）听音辨图(5小题，每小题1分，共5分)（2）情景反应(5小题，每小题1分，共5分)（3）对话理解(10小题，每小题1分，共10分)（4）短文理解(5小题，每小题1分，
