2、，使企业的管理水平登上一个新的台阶。 本文介绍了该系统的开发背景、意义及国内外现状，然后重点阐述利用VC+、Sql Server 2000采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发指纹考勤管理系统的过程。包括设计与实现环节，并且通过测试分析总结出该系统的功能特点。 本系统主要完成以下几个方面的功能，1.员工基本信息管理:包括对员工基本信息的添加、删除，修改以及查询。2.员工排班的管理:该模块用户对员工每天的上班请况进行安排。3.员工考勤管理模块:包括对员工上班下班进行签到。4.员工考勤统计查询模块:包括对员工考勤情况进行统计和详细的查询。总之该系统通过简单的操作界面，实现了方便的
