1、流利英语课堂笔记第一课 Greetings问候用语一、当你感觉很好的时候feeling good1.当你见到客户或者同事时，你可以说：How is it going?如果你感觉好的话，可以说：Pretty good .你还可以有礼貌地回问对方：And yourself .回谢对方时说：Thank you ,feeling good.*注意*；How is it going?这里的要读成hoi si going ?w和t略读2.也可以这样问候对方：How are you doing ?感觉很好则可回答：Very well / good , and you .3.还可以这样说：How are yo

How are you doing today ?感觉好的时候可以这样说： Im wonderful thanks for asking .5. 对家人或关系很好的人时可以这样问候：How was your day today ?感觉很棒时可以这样说：My day was fine .也可以这样说哟： Im wonderful today .二、当你感觉一般时feeling OK1. 老朋友好久未见面了，可以这样说：How is everythings ?感觉一般，

3、还可以的话可以这样说：Everything is OK .*注意*：“th的发音要记得轻咬舌头2.也可以这样问候 ：How are you ?感觉不是很好也算太坏时可以用下面四种方式回答1）Not too bad .（感觉一般，不太好也不太好）2）Nothing not to change。（一切都照旧，老样子，没什么变化）3）So far so good . （到目前为止还算不错啦）4）Nothing much chandes .（没什么大的变化，都差不多）三、感觉不好、很差时feeling bad1.还可以这样问候对方哟：How are you doing ?因身体不适可以说：Im not

4、 doing very well .对方感觉很不好，你可以关心的说：How come ?（怎么会这样呢？）身体不适，生病了：Im sick .出于礼貌，关爱的嘱咐：Im sorry to hear that . Take care yourself .2. 碰到很熟悉的朋友还可以这样问候对方哟： Hi , there what s up ?( whats up = how are you )感觉很差的话你就这样说吧：Im not doing so good .如果对方心情不好时你可以安慰说：Oh ,thats too bad .当对方很担心，很紧张时你可以说：Take it easy . /

5、Relax .心情真的太差了就说：Im surviving .（还活着）对方心情太差，你可关爱地问句：whats happened ?为了不让对方太担心时，你可以这样说： Im feeling better now .3。这样问候也行：How is your day doing ?心情低落时说：Im little down .为了不让对方担心，可以说：Sort of ,but I get over it . 探望朋友时也礼貌的问候一下对方的家人：So how is the family .给予美好愿望： I hope everythings going well.很久未见面的朋友依然如故时，你

6、可以这样说：You look exactly the same .对方如果发生了很大变化时，你可以说：Oh my ,you have changed .感叹对方的变化：Whats going on in your life .第二课eating out出去吃饭在北美用餐时礼仪很重要哟一、How to order如何点菜1 酒店的服务员会问：Are you ready to order?这时你可以说：Yes ,I want to two eggs to eat .服务员就会接着问：How would you like your eggs ?你就按你的喜爱来回答：Over easy.需要加些吐丝则

7、说：Toast/whole wheat please .关于早餐的词汇：egg ,fried gees ( 煎蛋 ) ，omelet ( 煎蛋卷 ) ，bacon ( 培根/熏猪肉 )，soybean milk ( 豆浆 )， 2.当你想点餐时，服务员会问你需要什么：What can I get you ?你就可以把你想要的说出来啦：drinks ， sweet food , 这时服务员会问是否需要酒水：Can I get you a drink ?你可以回答：Yes , please .如果你需要的话，服务员就会问你：What would you like to drink ?好多选择哟：c

8、ocktail ( 鸡尾酒 )这时服务员就会递menu( 菜单 ) 给你并且会说：Here is the menu for you to look at .3.头盘已吃过，现在要点主食了：steak ( 牛排 ) ：I have a steak.服务员就会问你需要的烹调方式了：How do you want your steak cooked ?这就要看你的偏好了：rare ( 嫩一点 ), medium （ 适中/半熟）,well done( 全熟) ,除了牛排外还需要吃青菜呀，在西文国家一般吃蔬菜都喜欢配上一些salad ( 色拉 ) ，这时服务员又会问你：What kind of dre

9、ssing would you like on your salad ？（你需要哪种调料的色拉呢？）如果点完了所有的菜则可以说：Thats everything .4.和家人或朋友一起用餐的话可以这样问对方：What would you like for dinner today那想点的食物就多了：sandwich（三文治），fries（ 薯条 ） ，skim milk（脱脂牛奶）5.吃完了主餐后服务员会问还要点些甜点吗？哦，千万别流口水哟：Can I bring you some dessert ？What would you like for dessert哈哈哈，点甜的种类很多呀：cho

14、啦，颜色啦等等，对吧店员会问你：What size are you looking for ?尺寸有几种哟：small ( 小号 )，medium ( 中号 ) ，large ( 大号 ) ， extre-large（加大 ）A medium is fine for me.I think the small size is fine for me 。买衣服时肯定还要选择Color呀，怎么说呢？What color do you like ?选了尺寸和颜色那就要试一下啦，那你该怎么说呢？你这样说吧：Can I try it on ? Where is changing room ?店员会告诉你试

15、衣间的位置的：Theres a changing room behind you .试穿的效果如何呢？问一问身边的人或店员：How does it fit ?或者也可以说how does it feel 太适合你了，周围的人就会这样说Its fits fine .哇，这么舒适那就买了吧； Ill take it .付钱吧：How much is it?你可以这样说：How would you like to pay ?也可以这样问：May I pay by credit card ?如果你要刷卡的话就要问店员：Do you take credit cards ?大家都来做个守法的好公民，付了钱

16、别忘记索取发票哟，店员会开出发票：Here is your receipt .你想买不同场合穿的服装，可以这样咨询店员Im looking for something to wear to a formal * .既然是你想去参加*,店员肯定会向你推荐最新最潮流的服装啦This dress is the latest fashion .Its made of pure silk .买了靓衣服那就要找找好的搭配呀，这时店员就会再向你推销卖多点：This silk blouse would go with this skirt .这搭配真棒：How does that feel ?这么棒的搭配肯定

17、是：Wonderful 啦：You look wonderful .这样的称赞更棒：It looks terrific on you .还有这样的称赞： It fits well .在刚进商店时，店员会问你：Can I help you ?但你并不想买，只是想看一看，你就这样回答吧：I am just looking around .你也可以这样说 ：Window shopping .这个短语是对看而不买这种现象的一种称呼二、Gocery store食品店店员会这样问你：Asking for help ?那你会向店员咨询物品的位置；Where are the rice and flour ?那

18、店员会告诉你：They are in aisle 5 .Ask for price ?咨询物品的价钱；How much is it ?要打折怎么说呢？记得用上on sale 商场经常会有很多活动，那你想买饮料的话就会问：Are these drinks on sale ?Products on sale with a limit .(本商品限量出售)This is a really good bargain .(这真的非常便宜)Is there any limit ? (是否限量呢？)The limit is 4 per family .(每家限购4瓶)Its expensive .（太贵了）

19、在西文国家买东西要纳税的，所以你买东西一定要问清楚标出的价格是否是含税的：How much is the total with tax ? （含税价的话是多少呢？）店员问你想用什么方式付款：How will you pay ,with cash or with something else ?混合付款方式：Paying with both cash and a credit card .你已付了一部分现金，可以向店员咨询付款方式：Can I pay the rest with a credit card ?如果你是用现金和信用卡来付款的话，现金已付了一部份，那你就这样问店员：How much

20、do I owe you ?假设余额还剩$50的话，店员会告诉你：The remaining balance is $50 .如果你想查询账上的余额时就得这样说了：Can I have the balance ?*这句话在银行很实用的哟如果商品金额太大了，那就可以用分期付款的方式来支付了：Can I pay for it in payments ?分期付款那就要注意期限了：You have to finish paying within 3 months .如果有人想向你借钱，但你因为某些原因不想借或不愿意借的话就这样说：I am short of money .I dont have eno

21、ugh money .Im a little short .但最好就不要说这些了，尽自己的能力（如果没能力就另当别论）能帮到人的话肯定会让你更开心，能够获得更多哟。第四课Job hunting and interviewing一、 如何找工作关键词：application申请应聘前的一套礼节性的问候后，得进入主题了：I am here to apply for the job of director.(我是来应聘主管这职位的)这职位可能会有很多人来应聘哟，怎么办？问一问吧：Is it still available ？（这职位还有吗）应聘肯定会有期限呀，所以要听清楚截止日期，别过了期才去哟：W

22、e will close this position at the end of this month .（本月底截止）确认了没过期那就赶快填表才行啦：Where can I get an application form ?（我去哪里拿申请表呢）HR = Human Resourse人力资料部二、 talking with the receptionist about先来表表态：Im interested in a job your company posted on the internet .（我对你们公司在网络上发布的这个职位很感兴趣）对方会问你想应聘哪个职位：Which positi

23、on are you looking for ?对方还会问你是否有经验，你又没经验怎么办？记住，把这句话脱口而出吧：I have no experience ,but I am interested in it .（-这很重要哟，interested in it ）三、填写申请表CV = resume 简历（注意单词的发音哟，是三个章节）如果没带上简历的话你也可以让对方给你填申请表的：Can I fill out the application form right now.（我可以现在填写申请表吗）对方一般都会让你填表格的：Fill out the application for at th

24、e human resourse office .（到人力资源部填份申请表吧）人务资源部的人员在递申请表给你填时都会先问一下你：Whats the job title ?你不懂得申请的程序就问对方呗：How can I apply for this position ?对方递表格给你时都会让你填写完毕后交给他（她）的：When youre done bring the application to me .四、递交handle in 填写完毕后，对方又会问你： Are you done ? （填好了吗）We will take applications for this position .（
