3、ials industrialization Co., Ltd 硅烷区设备安装种类多，其中包括泵类104台，整体容器类198台，整体塔器10台，换热器类97台，压缩机类5台，反应器类8台，储气罐4台，加热炉6台，鼓风机6台，离心机4台，过滤器，加热器类6台，风机4台，搅拌器4套等成套设备。设备结构平台等。分为冷氢化单元、冶金硅卸载站、金属氯化物处理单元、氯硅烷储罐区、精馏单元、硅烷冷冻水单元、热油炉单元、STG储罐区、STG储罐区冷冻机单元、雨淋阀室。硅烷充装站、硅烷压缩机及配电间。在本项目所要求的工期内完成安装施工工作所需测量，施工，检测，管理、单机调试和配合无负荷联动试车、有负荷联动试车、

Static Equipment Construction procedures 静止设备安装程序 Static equipment Installation Procedures (1)、安装前的准备：、设备安装前按设计图纸或技术文件要求，画定安装基准线及定位基准标记，找出设备垂直或水平找正基准点。对相互间有关连或衔接的设备，还应按关连或衔接的要求确定共同的基准。、检查设备的底座螺栓孔相对位置尺寸与实际预埋地脚螺栓位置偏差是否满足安装要求，如有问题要会同有关部门提出处理意见。、设备安装前应对管口方位进行检查，并做好安装标记（1）换热器冷却器类设备施工程序： (1).
